"Staff, property decor and architecture were outstanding. Food offerings in the main dining area were observed as ‘off’ by many of our international guests. A bit more focus on reliable continental cuisine offerings would be appreciated - from a flavor profile perspective"

"The staff was very friendly from the moment we arrived and explained everything clearly. The checkout process was also easy and pleasant. My only concern was with the housekeeping service. During our stay, the housekeeping staff would open the room door without knocking first. Thankfully, we always had the security latch on. On the first day, this happened more than three times within just a few minutes, and on the following days it happened about twice a day. I think the housekeeping team should be better instructed to always knock and wait before entering. On one occasion, cleaning cloths were also left in the bathroom sink. Aside from that, we really enjoyed our stay. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, and the hotel’s location is excellent and makes it very easy to get around and reach many places in the area. Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient stay."
