"The staff at this hotel is amazing. Very friendly, attentive, and helpful. However the property itself is really run down and dirty. The room had marks all over the walls, the cabinets were covered in dings and marks, to door cases were chipped. Overall the hotel felt like a Motel 6 once you got into the room. For example there was a random ice bucket on a shelf, but no liner, cups, etc. The bathroom drawer was sticky and hard to open. Needs a refresh."
