We were promised to have connecting rooms, called 3x to confirm and then they didn’t have them Once we get there. We ended up getting two rooms. One had the lock on the door was so broken, it wouldn’t open with the key, outlets didn’t work in one room, bathroom wouldn’t close , not clean. I do NOT recommend this hotel..

The check in was very welcoming and helpful. The room was a little tired and clean enough. Staff were well trained to be attentive and courteous. The only issue I had with the stay was the bicycle couriers all hanging out outside on the sidewalk next door. I'm surprised that the businesses on the block let them loiter there. My wife felt uncomfortable walking through the e bikes and people there. Hotel in great location . Would book the hotel again.
