Brutal-they don’t answer the phone or emails to get instruction for airport shuttle. Took an hour and a half to get from airport to hotel that’s only 1 mile away. Room was ridiculously loud with highway and airplane noise. Black mold on wall beside bed and they do not respond or feel a refund is adequate. Terrible customer service. Pick a different hotel.

Airport shuttle, front desk staff, and room cleanliness were fine. The problem was the noise, quite a bit from the busy street 9 floors down, but mostly from the constant movement from the elevator nearby. We didn't hear the noise earlier because we were watching TV, but while we were trying to sleep, the elevator noise was frustrating and led to a poor night's sleep. Also we were troubled by the "not family friendly" bar conversation that we had no choice to hear while we were eating dinner because the dining room was in the same room as the bar.
