A tired and dated property, my room had an old water leak, unrepaired, holes in the wallpaper and worn furniture. The carpet was suspect. This property has a great location, that is it.

I reserved a room with two queen beds. When I checked in I was told they didn’t have a room with two beds because they were full. I explained I had made a reservation weeks ago but was told “it’s come first serve”. Why make a reservation then???

The Crowne Plaza is very conveniently placed relative to the airport, at least some parking lots (I use ABC, from which I can see the hotel), and routes leading to major highways (e.g., 78, 80). On my latest visit, I found the room clean, the staff helpful, the hotel quiet, and the shower great. The one thing that bothered me was the $22 daily charge for parking, which I think is relatively new.
