this hotel made me feel welcome and the staff were friendly

Pros: Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet
great hotel it's across the street from the mall if you love to shop and you could catch a bus from the mall to NYC

Hotel is very convenient for those wishing to shop at the Jersey Garden Mall.

Pros: Close restaurants, Quiet
I thoroughly enjoyed my 5-night stay at the hotel. The hotel is very convenient for those wishing to shop at the Jersey Garden Mall, because it is literally right across the street from the Mall (within walking distance). The room I was assigned to didn’t have a fridge but one was quickly issued to the room with no additional charges. The beds were very comfortable, and I was able to sleep peacefully .Overall the hotel is very clean and well maintained. I will definitely stay again.

Will visit Residence Inn next time

Pros: nice room
Cons: no breakfast buffet and no restaurant
I had visited the Marriott Residence Inn, which is located across the driveway, in the past. Mistakenly, I reserved and paid for a room at the Courtyard by Marriott because of the similar addresses. Upon arrival, I realized that they were different. The first major difference is that the Residence Inn provides free breakfast buffet, which is what I wanted. At the Courtyard, a very small refreshment stand in the lobby provides very expensive breakfasts. Second, the front desk person insisted when I checked in that I had not paid the reservation when I did. I had to get the manager to check into it and he determined that I had. In the future, I will not make this mistake again.

The location and quality of service deserves recognition.

These were accommodations that I was not familiar with, but was impressed with the quality of service, location and the helpfulness of the staff. I plan to stay at this hotel again and will definitely recommend it to others.

It was amazing!

Pros: Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet
The stay was excellent! when we got there we thought that being so close to the airport you will be bother by the jetliner sound every minute. However, inside the room you can not hear anything. Well insulated and comfortable beds. I will stay here again and again.

Nothing out of the Ordinary

Pros: Quiet
Cons: Nothing close
I was not extraordinarily impressed with the hotel, however it matched well my expectations of quiet, cleanliness and location. It can be a little difficult to find if not familiar with the area, or exit. Staff was great in assisting to find location. Check in, and check out occurred without any problems. They did however in my two stays there, assign me to a handicap room both times; not exactly sure why. This however was no inconvience noticeably. Overall, the stay was fine, staff relatively professional. Would stay again, loved the atmosphere, and it's a good price overall for the area.
