We booked a king bed but were given 2 double beds. The room they first gave us had an inch of water saturating the carpet on one side of the room. We discovered that after unpacking. We repacked and were given a different room. No restaurant in the hotel so breakfast was at the airport. Plenty of hotels in the area. I’d avoid this one.

I Stayed here with my 2yo after our flight was cancelled due to a snow storm. We checked in after 10pm and were desperate for warmth and sleep. Unfortunately, we froze the entire night because of a frozen pipe and no heat. No one was going to mention the heat failure until I brought it up while checking out. Their solution to my issue was to “gift” us two mini water bottles as an apology. When I asked for some type of compensation I was completely denied. It seems inhumane to charge $300 for a room that lacks the basic necessity of heat DURING A SNOWSTORM. After this experience I will forever go out of my way to avoid staying at a Renaissance in the future and I advise you to all do the same

This is not a 3 or 4-star hotel; it’s old and poorly maintained. The staff is very friendly and helpful, but the property is outdated and common areas are dirty. You get what you pay for .

Our booking was to have access to the club lounge. Was there even one? There is no food in the hotel Other than snacks you can buy overpriced at the front desk. No room service. Nothing. The noise was insane! I couldnt tell if the room connected to ours by a door would just open the commotion was so loud. Room service seemed like it was 24/7 going. Shuttle took over an hour and didnt bother waiting or checking if anyone was waiting or needed a ride but you see them all parked back at the hotel not moving.

We had two rooms. The heat did not work in one room, the other room’s shower plumbing would get blocked during shower. We moved both rooms for the second night. One of new room sink leaked water when in use. There was no option for meals on property when checking in. The breakfast area closed early and was quite expensive. This Marriott location does not live up to the Marriott standard

Not great.

Not value for money. Everything is dated in the room, suitable for the early 2000s. Carpet in room was uneven almost trip flat over my face on it. Didn’t come with a kettle, had to use the coffee machine for tea which tasted like coffee. Had great experience with Renaissance chain in the past but this experience was overall disappointed, will not be using Renaissance going forward.

Poorly maintained property. Bathroom door lock wasn't working and the 2nd room was not cleaned. Had to change the room and get the bathroom door lock fixed. Not worth for the price.
