Hotel under construction. Difficult to get a parking spot that you have to pay for. People put front smoking marijuana , nothing. Construction equipment all over lot. Temp air conditioning units in hallway. Not the usual Hampton stay I was expecting.

One of the desk hosts was less than hospitable while another one was amazingly friendly and helpful. The phone in the room didn't work nor did the WIFI - the mean desk host set up the wifi on my ipad and it never worked. The bartender had his back to us 4 patrons for an inordinately long time, never acknowledging us (if he was busy with something - at least say something) it was obvious we were there from our conversation. On the up side, the room was well-appointed with really nice sheets and an awesome high-def TV. However for $200 , I would expect at least the WIFI and phone to work. And if not, at least some kind of compensation.

Unexpected fee for parking including limited handicap space. Tub almost cost be a fall because a significant amount of soap or cleaning product was left in the tub. Ice machine inoperable. Front check in staff was rude and very impatient.

Hampton Inn is always nice. However, at this location one elevator needs to be fixed because the doors take forever to open and close. Also, there was some kind of construction going on so the parking space in the back was limited.

This is my 2nd time staying at this property is a great property very clean, safe and comfortable. It’s literally Five minutes from hotel to the entrance of the mall walking distance. The only reason it’s not a five stars is because the shuttle service is Extremely unreliable I had to wait over an hour to be picked up and then I gave up so I took an Uber and the Wi-Fi will not stay connected.

The people in the front were very rude. I called early to request early check in and they said we would be able to check in early. We arrive and they make us wait 2 hours in the lobby. The guy at the front desk is a weirdo and did not even acknowledge me and my family when we tried to check out. Very unprofessional and the breakfast was not good at all. The best thing was the cereal
