The room was not clean. Dusty and one of the pillows looked like it wasn’t even washed. The sink drain was extremely slow, pool didn’t have any clean tools. Hotel staff clearly didn’t want to be at work. Breakfast was average.

"Everything was sufficient. Only problem was the room we booked said it had a hot tub in the room but there wasn’t one in it nor were there rooms that had any of them. The room was a handicapped room so I think the app got confused about the tub properties "

"Pets are allowed on property and had dog barking at night and early morning when trying to sleep. We love dogs, but our dog does not travel with us for this reason. He would not be happy cooped up in hotel room for long hours. We spent almost $200 for one night at this hotel and had poor nights rest and were glad that we only booked. The front desk attendant was not helpful. She gave my husband her managers contact information and will be contacting."
