The bed, pillows, and even blankets are hard as a rock. Plus side, no bed bugs in our rooms. It did smell weird in the halls almost like something died. Tv was tiny, The heat didn’t work so we had to call maintenance, the indoor water park is disgusting… floors felt slimy and gross, lazy river was not comfortable temp wise or anything, all the tubes barely had air in them, you have to wait in line to use the one hot tub and you’re timed. The other one was too full also. My bfs son rode on a slide the first day no problem multiple times, and then the next day they wouldn’t allow him due to his height. Not sure if the first few people just didn’t pay attention or whaaat but he was disappointed in that, which sucked to see. We took him for his birthday as we use to come as kids all the time and had fun, but things have gone so down hill indoor water park and rooms wise, it’s sad to see. All of the staff were great but we will not be returning to this “resort” anytime soon unfortunately. Save yourself and just go to Florida.

No room service for cleaning, I paid double the late checkout fee to still get lacked out of my room at 10 AM when I paid until 1 PM. Children running and screaming the floor above us and security did nothing but tell us that they can’t do anything because it’s a birthday party.

It was a good stay. Specially for the price. Just would've liked to have known that, half of the indoor water park works be closed, due to not been as busy. So only two slides are able to be enjoyed.

The staff didn't offer any help just watched me walk around in circles up and down different floors. Not one person asked if i needed assistance locating my room or the nearest exit /elevator. Definitely need more attention/staff at the indoor Waterpark. Especially Bathrooms,locker area. This stay was not as pleasant as previous ones my room ended up in another building down the road from all the amenities which why we are there for,very big inconvenience. I guess the other times i just got lucky with building 1 and or 2. Something to look into next time around.

Room we got booked in - sent us the wrong info on door we had access to , wasn’t even close to the room, then got into the room & there was no heat in the middle of winter, the fridge didn’t keep anything cold even on the coldest setting. Was disappointed & I usually don’t mind MT. Olympus.

Terrible for Honeymoons! Me and my wife went there after we got married and they put us in a hotel furthest from the water park and I kept getting hung up on when I asked for more toilet paper. Not to mention the hotel was completely empty by our 2nd night so it felt very frightening.

I never saw a staff person on our floor ever. The rooms were dirty, and no freaking coffee maker. It was hard to understand the staff when you did see them. The reservation situation was horrible. Nowhere to sit in the pool park, and if you had to pay 261.00 for a cabana to sit, that no one used the entire time we were there.
