Room was bare minimum, property was dated. It was not what I was expecting. We did not have a place to hang clothes or a dresser. Shelves under the TV were provided. I would not recommend. We were on the 2nd floor and had to lug our suitcases upstairs, there was no elevator. That information was not provided.

I think customer service was very poor upon arrival. I was told that my reservation was for two adults and I said why would I make a reservation for a kids waterpark for two adults? There were supposed to be three children to adults. It was made on Expedia and they made me pay for the children.

The building was dirty smell like POT. Sounded like heard of cattle all night long kids running halls, Couldn’t use hot tub even after getting there stood in line for 20 minutes to sit for 5 minutes crazy. Will never stay again. Need. My money back.

Really big place. I just figured when I booked the room that we’d be at the indoor waterpark. We were not at it. Our room was 11 minutes away from the indoor waterpark. The nice gentleman at the counter upgraded us. Our room was advertised for $145 and we ended up paying over $280 with additional fees and taxes.

Great family fun on a budget
My kids had an amazing time at the indoor theme park and water park. The room was nice and spacious. Overall a great value. The staff were very helpful, even carrying my stroller down the stairs for me. It was worth the extra to stay at the main hotel, so we could walk to the water park.

We stayed at the hotel connected to the waterpark...they might as well not even have doors. You can hear every word your neighbors and people in the hall are saying. I'm assuming it was hotel security out in the halls late with their walkie-talkies turned way up, you could hear everything they were saying - maybe invest in some earpieces. The indoor water park was fine, not too crowded. I guess for 1/2 the price of the other big indoor park you get what you paid for.

not worth the money
We had 2 double queen rooms for the family and the bathrooms were beyond small. (the door missed the toliet by an inch. the toliets barely flushed and constantly clogged. the hairdryer and mini fridge didnt work and the pillows were beyond flat. the waterpark just smelt like nasty feet.
