We had several problems during our stay the first one was when my husband got in the shower the water started to backing up in the bathroom tube we called the front desk for help bu no one showed up to help us so we have to go to the place that we did the check in to complain. They gave us another room, but then the fire alarm started ringing on the middle of the night so. we had to run outside. Stay there for like 20 minutes my son was so scared cause he was already sleeping when this happened. Then the second day the same thing happened the fire alarm started drinking about the same time,this was at the Roma Hotel, we were very disappointed They have a beautiful waterpark, but l were very disappointed about the hotel

Someone went in our room and left a ziplock bag full of cooked chicken that had mold all over it. Staff said they looked at the log for entry into our room and no one but us went in. We definalty did not put it there. Very unprofessional. Tub would not drain. The worst place i have ever stayed

We broke down on the road and booked a hotel room. This was not the place to do that. You check in at one building and drive 6 minutes to your hotel room. No shuttle. Very inconvenient when we don’t have a vehicle. No disclaimer on travelocity.

The room feel was worse than a hwy motel. Very dark, and outdated feel , paper thin walls allowed noise from outside hallways and next door room made it very difficult to fall asleep, the bed was super uncomfortable and any minimal movement there was all sort of creeks and screeching noises, you can hear the water faucet from next door every time it was used.

Well the lied and told us all the water atteactions was open spent 398.56 on a room for me and 7 kiddos..get to the water park nothing was open but the indoor water park and the roller coasters and 1 set of go karts..so after that get to the hotel we had no room number .there is nobody you can talk to.finally scanned a qa code and got a room number text to us..Then we get into the room the sink is dirty room smells like a musty type smell. When ready for bed we layed down the beds was so hard we couldn't sleep needless to stay i wiuld not recommended

Great value. Room was a good size. Kids enjoyed the bunk bed. Water park tickets included was the best part. It was noisy at night and wish the mattresses were better. Also room had 3 sinks. I think the space could’ve been used better. They need to redesign! Bigger tv, add a sofa, carpet etc.

We stayed at Mt. Olympus from Friday to Sunday over Mother's Day weekend, and it was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a resort. The room we were given was not at all what was advertised. Instead of staying in Hotel Rome (as I believed we were booking), we were placed in a rundown motel across the street from the amusement park—clearly a former Days Inn or similar property that Mt. Olympus owners, Nick & Eva Laskaris, purchased in foreclosure, slapped a new sign on, and made zero effort to update or maintain. The building was filthy and unsafe. There was no staff onsite, no security, no housekeeping, and our second-floor hallway reeked of marijuana. The carpet was dirty and clearly original to the 1980s. The entrance door to our hotel itself was hanging off its hinges. No vending, no amenities, and even the ice machine gave dirty ice. The guests below us were partying and smoking pot all night long. The room itself was disgusting—our toilet didn’t flush properly and had to be plunged regularly. Loud music blared at all hours, unsupervised children were running up and down the outdoor balconies, and it was an all-around chaotic and trashy environment. My child was genuinely scared. The water park was overcrowded, poorly maintained, and half of it was closed for maintenance. I was absolutely appalled. And because I paid in full in advance, I was denied any refund. This resort is a bait-and-switch operation. Mt. Olympus is a dump, plain and simple.

Mother’s Day weekend - Indoor water park was very overcrowded, not enjoyable. The maze thru the property to get there was also interesting. Overall it was a good location and the room was nice and had easy parking. We will go back when it’s not the “ off season “ and give it another chance.

Poor experience

This was our first time staying at Mt Olympus. And we do not plan to return. Check in from hotel Rome was a 7-min drive. The beds were not comfortable, the room did not appear to had been cleaned well. I booked the room thinking by total was going to be as shown at check out via Hotems.com 230.08; we ended up paying 336.70 (first payment through Hotels - 151.42; second payment at check in with Mt Olympus - 185.18). This was one of the most unpleasant experiences. We will be sticking with booking directly and stay at the Wilderness Resort or Kalahari in the future.

When stuff is advertised online make sure to call. I booked a stay and when I got there they told me that the theme park would be limited to 2 rides and indoor only (Saturday) and on Sunday they closed everything outdoor at 4pm to fully open up for the following week. I was extremely mad that I paid full price for an absolute disappointment.

We ended up not staying the night because the people above us were jumping and stomping on the floor really late at night we called twice and each time they addressed it they just got louder but they did give me passes to go back for a day trip which was nice
