The night before leaving on our trip I read some very concerning reviews. I was very nervous checking in and made my concerns known to the woman who checked us in. She said if there were any problems with our room it would be addressed immediately. Our room was about a mile or so away from the main hotel and water park. We were located in an old hotel/motel complex. When we entered the room we did check it from top to bottom. Unfortunately our second night I killed a cockroach in the bathroom. We kept all luggage closed just in case. I didn't want to bring any guests home with us. The floors were not swept after the first night. Only had bath and washcloth towels. We had a good time in the water park and theme park. The all inclusive food was not worth it.! Long lines and long wait times. They housed the food in the old indoor theme park which was turned into a mini Chuck E. Cheese. It was unairconditioned and very HOT. We did not eat once while there. We made sure to eat a big breakfast and then dinner. We did get soda once and made sure to fill up our reusable water bottles and multiple cups. I would suggest to get rid of the food altogether. If it is not possible to have many food locations throughout the park it is not worth the time or energy to wait for it. I would also suggest that the resort institute a shuttle service to all of their outer buildings. We had some that wanted to go back to the room but couldn't because we had only one car. Park, yes! Hotel, No!

Not bad but don't fall for free food offer.

Pros: Our room was clean and we had what we needed. You could hear sounds from other rooms.
Cons: Do not promote the free food aspect since it is so limited and the lines are really terrible in a building that was very hot and stuffy.
The All Inclusive is a pretty good deal even though you should NOT count on the free food when considering. The free food is very limited, only in one area of the four water and theme parks and the lines are extremely slow and long. The outdoor water and theme parks are awesome - clean, large capacity and staff around all the time cleaning up, etc. Rooms are adequate but walls are thin. Overall, we had a nice family time.

Poor quality of hotel as they identify themselves as a resort yet it is actually 23 buildings scattered throughout the city and clearly each of those buildings are a motel with the outdoor rooms, not a resort at all. No resort amenities. No near by pool, have to go to the theme park which is a drive away. No coffee maker in rooms, no office near by, again have to drive to theme park. Old outdated rooms with box TVs. They call themselves all inclusive however there is no included breakfast, have to wait until noon and go to the theme park again for the food which there are only 3 options included a hot dog, pizza or small bowl of spaghetti, the limits how much you can have each time thru the line and the line takes an hour since they only have 1 area for food to cover 23 buildings! It's a joke and not all inclusive at all

Never go to this place

This all inclusive package is a joke. There is one spot at the whole water park that they herd you in to get your "free food". We had our wrist banned scanned for the same kind of food at a different food court and I was responsible for the charges. Our bathroom door had dry blood on it from the last guests. The rooms are noisy and the guests that stay at this place are far from pleasant. I will never go back, the place was designed for poverty level income people and trash. We had to call security at 12:30 am because of all the kids running up and down the hall ways slamming doors and screaming. The parents weren't any better banging gangsta rap and yelling back and fourth to each other as if they all own the building and were the only ones there. The Dells in general has gone down hill.

I booked two rooms. Both the website and my printed itinerary stated a total of 224.00. When the property deducted my payment it was for 67.00 more than what was on my itinerary. I called and the agent stated I my should contact travelocity once I had my stay and I would be refunded my money. Well later that evening I received 4 calls back to back with a 5th call at 12:30am!! This time there was a voice mail and it stated I should not contact Travelocity because I will now not get a reThey collected 291.80fund. Something about the extra money that I was charged had to do with another fee even though my receipt clearly states all taxes and fees. I was also called 5 times at work with a 6th call coming in at 1:00am!! I will never ever use Travelocity again! My paperwork said I should have only paid 224.80 but I was charged more!

First: we arrived after 5 PM, there is no food served after 5 PM. The room was dirty, I wouldn't allow my children to take their shoes off, the floor was sticky and visibly unclean. The hallways were dirty and had garbage strewn about. We wanted to swim, but the water was a dirty gray color. There was no place for non swimmers to relax, just stand. I would guess that the facilities have considerably more people than the water park can handle. We left the first thing in the morning. This was by far the worst mini vacation EVER! It was expensive and misrepresented on the website. I wish I could get my money back and erase this experience. I would not recommend this to anyone.
