I’m probably a 4.5. The staff was great as were amenities. Great restaurant on premises. My only critique really was the room was clean but very dated and had carpet throughout which is a turn off for me. And the sink/toilet didn’t drain/flush well

Room was very clean, if a bit dated. Gave it some charm. Bathroom was newly remodeled, but shower water pressure was not very good. Shower door had some moister warping. WiFi signal all but disappeared near the window. Staff was exceptional at check-in / check-out. Would come back here.

Says that there is free parking, but there is only free parking for 2 cars included for their parking lot. There is no longer the free overload lot for extra cars. Just something for guests to be aware of. Our party had to pay for overnight parking, which is fine, but part of the reason we chose this hotel is because there was more than 2 cars coming.

We had a great stay at The Cove of Lake Geneva! The location is perfect—walking distance to everything in town. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, and even though it’s such a central spot, our room was surprisingly quiet. A comfortable, relaxing stay, and we’d definitely stay again!

What we liked... - The property location was in walking distance to most things we wanted to see. - Appreciated the parking availability and the fact that we could stay in the lot after check out so that we could enjoy lunch without the hassle of moving the car. -The room was a nice size. - The balcony was comfortable (after we cleaned up after the birds). What we didn't like... - The bed being so close to the door was uncomfortable. - Tried to make coffee but the creamers were spoiled. - The dishes in the cabinets were dirty (food still on plate). - Was going to take a bath until black particles came out of the whirlpool jets followed by a glob of hair. So glad I didn't get in the tub before turning on the jets! GROSS!!

Been a guest numerous time,yet over the years prices staying in the upper range for the area yet hotel& rooms themselves need updated badly. Hope it is in the near future to remodel. Do not want to look for somewhere new to stay. Great staff, kudos to them& the obvious hard work to keep an outdated facility looking nice!
