Hotels in the area jacked there prices up with the local team playing that weekend. This hotel did not. Clean, nice rooms and a good hot breakfast. Would consider in the future.

The room was clean except for the rug, very spotted. Staff very friendly, price was right. Only there for 1 night. Beds were comfortable, a little bit too high for shorter people. Negatives - no 'do not disturb' placard for door, no plastic glasses for bathroom, only coffee cups, no information papers for area restaurants, television, etc. Not everyone has a cell phone to look things up.

The bathroom still had hair on the sink from previous guest. Beds are not comfortable. Some sort of alarm went off throughout the hotel at 630 AM. Was unable to fall back asleep after. If you need a cheap, safe spot to lay your head for a night its ok. The breakfast has multiple selections and the lady working was nice.

The room was clean, but could have used some updating in the bathroom. The molding on the floor around the tub was cracked, the toilet needed to be cleaned (it looked like the room had not been used for awhile) , the sink was missing a plug and the toilet was difficult to flush. Our stay was only overnight so these were just minor inconveniences. The hotel was quiet as it seemed to be very full due to an event next door. If in Shawano. again, I would not hesitate to stay here. The breakfast was also adequate with waffles, eggs, sausages patties, english muffins,etc.
