We chose Tundra Lodge for its location and something for our kids to do. After a friendly & helpful check-in, we discovered our room was not as clean as we expected. There was garbage on the bathroom floor and mold in the shower. The room was also run down with peeling paint and a ripped sofa bed.
The waterpark was mediocre. We enjoyed the lazy river when kids were using it appropriately. There was a lot of horseplay that we felt could have been handled better by lifeguards. We loved the outdoor hot tub. The kids were excited to try the water slide and as they went up, they closed the gate for a temporary shutdown. They were happy they made it in time only to be sent down with about 20 other riders a few minutes later because the guard needed to go on break. I am not sure why they allowed people up only to be sent back down. We were also disappointed in the lack of pool space. The only place to swim is near basketball hoops. In the men’s locker room, two lifeguards were on their phones in front of a mirror which reflected the shower area that my husband was in which was quite disturbing.
Our room was located right next to a family suite & could hear the conversations on the other side of the walls for hours. My husband knocked on the walls, talked to the occupant, & called the front desk several times. The manager said she couldn’t hear anything from the hallway but said she could “See what I can do.” The noise finally ended around midnight with a loud kick on OUR door.

Close to Lambeau Stadium if your taking a trip up here to watch a Packers game. I like the wildlife atmosphere of the place

It was very quiet when we went so my kids practically had the water park to themselves, which was awesome. We didn’t use the arcade and all the restaurant and bar areas were not open (not sure why but there was notice it had something to do with kitchen staffing). The room was just ok, but it was for only one night. The air conditioner was a little intense even on low so we had to turn it off except for some when we slept. Overall, we were happy since our main goal was to let the kids play in the water park!

Worst experience ever. So many inconsistencies. Service was awful. A few staff, Michelle, were great and tried to help but i would not stay here again

We were supposed to check in to our room at 4:00pm, however our room wasn’t available until almost 7:00pm. It was apparent that our room hadn’t been cleaned or vacuumed. There was something smeared on top of the nightstand and down the front with fingerprints clearly visible. The bathroom counter and sink were dirty, the sink and mirror were water spotted, there was hair in our shower, and dirt, dust and someone else’s hair tie on the floor behind the door. The most obvious thing to prove our room hasn’t been thoroughly cleaned was some man’s swim trunks hanging on the shower rod! When we were getting ready for bed, we noticed neither of the queen sized beds had fitted sheets. There was just a mattress pad! My husband went down to the front desk and was given twin sized sheets. When he expressed he needed queen sized fitted sheets he was told they didn’t have any?! The staff was pleasant and friendly, but we were extremely disappointed that our room wasn’t ready at 4:00pm as it should have been and that we had to wait almost 3 hours. It was maddening that the condition of our room was in the state that it was especially when we paid over $200 a night to stay at the Tundra Lodge to be able to enjoy a fun night with our family and friends. We will be thinking twice about staying there again in the future.

Great place to have fun summer and winter long! I booked through Travelocity, didn’t get scammed, and had a great peaceful weekend
