The person that checked us in and out was very pleasant. The room was pretty shabby. The door to the hallway didn’t close well. The doorknob on bathroom door was ready to fall off. Paint scrapes on bathroom door.

We were surprised how quiet it was for downtown, stayed there with a dog and they put us close to a door, hot tub was awesome too! Front desk guy was very funny and friendly! Loved the breakfast spread also!

Loud pool area all night long

Saw several employees walk by towels or garbage and not pick it up for a couple days. Pool area just kept getting more dirty. At 1100 pm people came back out and were loud and horsing around by the pool. At 230 am people started shouting, arguing, and slamming doors. Eventually around 400 am they jumped in the pool till about 500am.

Trash all over outside. Ceiling in the bathroom was leaking and dripping above the toilet. No washcloths and bed wasn't attached to anything and made a lot of noise and moved around when laying in bed and simply rolling over.
