They upgraded our room to Caesars Palace free of charge! It had a jacuzzi in it and was a large room! The staff was very friendly! :)

Kind of a run down hotel and could use a facelift. Strange odor upon entering the room. Very thin mattresses and you could visually see the dents from where people lay so they should be replaced Tinyest bathroom I have ever been in! Awful for a larger person and the shower curtain allowed water to spill onto the floor so luckily I put a towel down to use as a bathmat or I’d never have noticed it and could have slipped and fell.

It is by far the most comfortable stay in Green Bay. I have stayed for the second time and found the staff attentive, polite and prepared. My most recent stay had a guest arrive back to their room late and loud, within close proximity my room. This happens at all hotels. The staff controlled the situation quickly and quietly as not to disrupt the other guests who may have been in proximity. I am extremely grateful as I have experienced other hotels where responses are slow and repetitive. This comes from a staff who is in the true hospitality business. Thank you! Looking forward to my next stay. I traveled for business for 23 years and averaged over 70 stays a year throughout the US. Proud to have them within my home state.
