We had a decent room. The noise level in the hall at night was disturbing. The resturant for breakfast was horrible. We chose the buffet. The plates were cold as if they were in a refrigerator then went to choose our food and most of the trays were empty. They only have 1person serving am]nd one person cooking. Once we chose our Luke warm food and put it on the cold plate the food was cold and not desirable. We would have gotten a hot meal for less money elsewhere The experience was not goo. And when we paid $688 for the room and $40 for a cold breakfast we were dissapointed that we were not offered a refund for the meal

Although the front desk staff regularly communicated with us during our stay, there seemed to be little they could do about the rowdy crowd that was yelling and screaming in the hallway on the third floor outside our room from 10:30 to 11:00 p.m. on the night of Saturday, Sept. 20, 2025, along with the one person who kept pounding on the room door next to ours and calling for someone to open the door at 4:00 a.m.

I was very disappointed with the hotel. I had to moved to another room because the first two nights the bed was making my body itchy. I think it has bed bugs and one day housekeeping did not clean the room.
