The hotel was fine but I believe the receptionist gave my keys to somebody else. I was parked outside of my hotel room so I could see the curtains inside moving , but my entire family was down at the pool which made me go inside , and then the receptionist knock on the door and asked me to verify who I was And told me that there is a problem with room , but that I was in the correct room.. Saturday night was also chaos in a pool area.There were no rules I got hit in the face with football's while holding my two year old son, parents were drunk and not supervising their children who were holding up the slide , so other kids couldn't go down.. Sunday was perfect.The hotel cleared out and we had a pool area to ourselves.Hotel staff was great.
