First time staying here in the hotel. Walls are thin-bring earplugs! neighbors were terribly loud but concierge asked our them to quiet down so my children could sleep. There is a noise ordinance of 10pm and is enforced. Our window curtain was broken and wouldn't close all the way - but luckily I had a clothes pin! The beds were comfy for all members of my family. Including the pillows (we bring our own because you never know what you'll get!). No complimentary continental breakfast, which is a bummer on a budget vacation. Room had a larger mini fridge that let us prepare simple meals. The little freezer kept ice packs frozen for us to use on the return trip home. The bathroom was a bit too small, elbows hit the door when getting out of the shower. The included passes to Timbavati Wildlife Park and Land of Natura water park were the best part and what made up for the lack of room perks. We spent most of our time between the two. Two afternoons at the waterpark(9 minute drive from the hotel) and a full morning at Timbavati (within two blocks of the hotel). If you've never been - check in to your hotel to get your wristbands to gain access to the waterpark. (The wrist bands also are your room key, which was pretty great since they're attached to you for your whole stay). You also must request the passes to Timbavati. Go right as they open and buy a feed box. Trust me! Didn't use tv/internet - on a screen fast!

OK overall

The stay overall was fine. The beds were comfortable. The rooms were tidy. I was unimpressed with the check-in. They were short with explaining things didn’t seem too friendly. Had to call and see where the different parks were located as they were not explained at check-in.

Have stayed here a few time throughout the but wont ever book here again. The bathrooms were nasty toilets clogged one two of the bathrooms were some what clean.

I didn't realize there was so many properties linked to Treescape. We loved the ones we made it to. Some a little smaller, great intro to the Land of Natura. Would be great for littles that may be overwhelmed by the Land of Natura. Seems fairly new, so everything was clean and in great condition. Loved that the Treescape was not in the center of the Dells, I don't like big crowds or lots of traffice, it was an ideal location in my opinion!

Everything was great. The only down fall I had was our wrist bands kept deactivating and that is how you can get in the building or your room. Pain in the butt to have to go back and forth to the front desk to get it fixed.

The hotel wasn’t great, stiff beds, squishy pillows, loud loud kids above our room, rude members but the big water park was really cool(only thing that made the trip at this stay to be honest!)

Check-in isn't until 4pm, but all the fun stuff closes by 7pm. Apparently there is no bathrooms in the cabin. Paid $400+ for one night and don't have a bathroom or a way to wash hands in my cabin while traveling with a child with anaphylactic allergies. The place is just honestly not what it is advertised as online. It's dirty and disgusting! Its honestly a dump- my $100 hotel had a nicer pool and way more to offer. Save your money and go somewhere else. This isn't a resort worth $400 a night. It's a campground. If you want to pay that much to camp- its probably enjoyable!

Room was clean, beds were very clean. Loved the location and the onsite amenities. The park is a couple miles away, but is such a fun alternative to chlorine eyes and dry skin. That park is incredible! Clear and clean water, tons of things to do, entertainment for hours. Be sure to stretch first everyone over the age of 35.hahahaha
