Moneys right! The staff is not!
I asked the front desk woman who is Indian. Not that that matters but she spoke so quickly that I couldn't understand her and I asked her. Do you have a laundry service? And she said yes and I asked how much would it cost for a load of laundry and she said $5 and I asked. Do you have an ATM on site? And she said don't worry I will give you the quarters. So I went upstairs. Got my clothes. Came downstairs And ask for quarters to do laundry and she said do you expect me to charge this to your room? And I said no. You said you were going to give them to me..... She said I can't charge them to the card and I asked her when I asked. Do you have an ATM to get cash? You said you would give me the coins and she said no. You have to go get the coins from the ATM. You have to get money from the ATM then I will give you the coins and then I walked over the ATM and it was out of service. I had to take my laundry to another facility and they were not even sorry about the time that I drug my laundry up the stairs down the stairs up the stairs they could care less.
