For a BIG graduation weekend-where you were charging us 3x more then the average price - the breakfast variety was terrible, only oranges for fruit as an option. No yogurt, no healthy options. The coffee was always out. There wasn’t even a coffee pot in our room for an option. How they clean is they “spray” EVERY area with a scent- no real cleaning was done. The temperature was all over the place- some areas where cold and other areas in the hotel were HOT! Would not stay again!!

DO NOT STAY HERE: 1. Hotel in disrepair and dirty 2. Hot tub and pool had “things” floating and on bottom. Disgusting 3. Gym is a joke. 1 partially working treadmill. 1 treadmill from 1970. 1 non working recumbent bike. Non functioning cable weight pull machine. No dumbbells. No kettlebells. No exercise balls or mats. 4. Rooms showed disrepair , inattentive and were dirty. The staff must be underpaid and under resourced. Time for new owners and new managers. My complaints went ignored. Do not stay here. The health inspector needs to visit this place. Gross.

The hot tub wasnt hot at all. The rooms were good and I enjoyed the beds and how comfy they were but the hot tub was very disappointing to not be hot. I did tell the front desk. They all were very nice but definitely need the hot tub to get worked on.

The hotel room was shabby. The carpet was worn though in multiple spots. The toilet paper holder was falling off of the wall. The hot tub wasn't hot. The breakfast options were limited and they ran out of coffee. There were handprints on the wall above both beds. They staff was pleasant, but any time we stopped at the front desk, there was a sign saying they were helping another guest. They were really outside smoking and vaping. The beds were big and comfortable.

To start when i was checking in I was told i needed tkmpay an extra $100 deposit that was never mentioned when i booked the room. Then the stair way looked like it hasnt seen a vacuum in months. When asked about WiFi i was told I had to sign up for some rewards program to get wifi and when I signed up for that it said that only gave me slow wifi and if i wanted high speed wifi it would cost $5 a day... My fridge in my room didnt work so i had to use alot more ice unfortunately there is only 1 ice machine for all 4 floors of the hotel... There was also abunch of broken stuff all around the hotel. The complimentary breakfast was a joke. The only hot option was the nasty waffle maker. This was probably the worst hotel experience I've ever had.

The lady at front desk was friendly and attentive! I truly appreciate her assistance. The room was nice but the bed was squeaky, I couldn’t turn over without it making noise. The hotel in general was clean and quiet until the weekend, which is understandable. Ample parking, and it’s near restaurants and stores.

The room was decent, clean, but walls are thin. Unfortunately, we were next to loud neighbors smoking weed, blasting music, and had a 3 year old that wouldn’t stop screaming, so the smell and noise was rather annoying. The shower was really nice, housekeeping half did their job- left no hand soap and only had one bath towel though. Staff was very friendly. Not terrible, but would stay somewhere else in the future.

The rooms were clean and the staff were courteous. I had to move rooms because the latch on my door was broken; however, in the new room there were several things missing. The cleaning staff hadn't left hand soap for the bathroom sink and the coffee packets for the coffee maker were missing.
