Zero hospitality. There are signs all over about how I should be comfortable knowing how well they clean, yet when I used a white towel to blot up a little water I spilled on the floor, the towel came away filthy black.

Amazing Journal in Madison

Pros: I don't know much about hotel, because I was in to sleep and out all day. But they worker were very friendly and Humble in responding. I did like.
Cons: As I said above, I didn't have much time in hotel
Location: Was not bad due to my activities, Which I was in Madison to do.
I did have Good time for my staying in Madison, Hotel was quiet, Hospitality was nice, Road good to drive

Nice hotel

Great. Staff was very friendly and the Facility Maintenance gentleman even went out of his way, on his own time, and picked us up a bike mak at the library and wrote down some suggestions where we could bike without traffic. This staff was great.

Quiet & Comfortable

Pros: The room was quiet and the bed very comfortable. The bath was clean and neat and the TV was current flat screen. Everything worked.
Cons: Needs a coffee maker and coffee in the room.
Location: Located right off the beltline. Restaurants close including Panera Bread.
Missed there NOT being a coffee maker and coffee available in the room. Breakfast was disappointing: Coffee, hot water for instant oatmeal, tea, cocoa with granola bars and muffins. Booked the room over the Internet through a travel app and was charged a rate higher than shown on the app. .

Convenient location

Pros: The kitchenette. It accommodated my needs well.
Cons: Cleaning the room better.
Location: Parks. Shopping. Restaurants.
I was less than 5 minutes from the conference I was attending. I really like the kitchenette at the Extended Stay Hotels as I prefer to bring my own food. The room upon arrival was satisfactory. I have learned from previous traveling experiences to bring my own cleaning supplies. I thoroughly wiped down all surfaces with clorox wipes and cleaned the sink for washing my dishes. After I cleaned the room was very pleasant. (The room was actually much cleaner when I left 3 days later than when I came in). I hope the cleaning guy appreciated that?! :) On a positive note...I noticed that another hotel guest had tracked in mud/dirt in the stair well and the next day that the stairs were cleaned. **Note to management** Hotel guests really appreciate a clean facility!

Its the Staff and Management

Pros: Great value with superb staff and management.
Cons: Nothing, great value.
Location: Well located. Everything is near by.
The 45 and 55 Junction Court hotels are managed by the same GM and she runs an EXCELLENT pair of hotels. It's not the Ritz so don't expect frilly stuff and fancy furniture. That said, the beds are comfortable, the rooms are spacious and well kept, the clientele is polite and courteous, and the staff/management are superb. I have stayed at both of these hotels on and off for almost two years and have never had anything but an excellent experience. If you are going to be a regular, get to know the staff and management. Excellent people!
