Have stayed at Best Western Hotels for many years and always enjoyed them. Not this one. Was very expensive and breakfast was not included! Thought that was standard for BW. In the room, found food on the floor from the last occupant. No glass glasses in the room. Received only partial room service. Had to ask for towels. Not at all satisfied. Only good thing was that valet service was excellent. Would be glad to talk to BW Customer Service.

I loved it! The staff were amazing and so friendly loved the ladies at worked at the front desk! Beds are a little hard but other than that the room was very clean and the building alone was gorgeous to walk through

Perfect location

This was a great location and employees were so nice and helpful. Beautiful Hotel. We were able to walk right out the door to the farmers market!

Great staff, great location

We loved our stay in Madison at the Best Western Premier Park. The staff at reception was very welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Our room was clean and spacious. We used the parking garage and the attendants were quick to get our car when we needed to leave for dinner. The location can't be beat - restaurants, shopping, museums... We enjoyed everything about our stay and can't wait to come back!

Enjoyed our 5 day and further 1 day stay at this hotel. Centrally located close to a variety of good eating places and to many of the Madison sites. Staff friendly, efficient and helpful. We used the pool each day which was maintained to a high standard. Rooms were clean, spacious and quiet. Would definitely recommend this Best Western Hotel.
