Have stayed at Best Western Hotels for many years and always enjoyed them. Not this one. Was very expensive and breakfast was not included! Thought that was standard for BW. In the room, found food on the floor from the last occupant. No glass glasses in the room. Received only partial room service. Had to ask for towels. Not at all satisfied. Only good thing was that valet service was excellent. Would be glad to talk to BW Customer Service.

Great staff, great location

We loved our stay in Madison at the Best Western Premier Park. The staff at reception was very welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Our room was clean and spacious. We used the parking garage and the attendants were quick to get our car when we needed to leave for dinner. The location can't be beat - restaurants, shopping, museums... We enjoyed everything about our stay and can't wait to come back!

Enjoyed our 5 day and further 1 day stay at this hotel. Centrally located close to a variety of good eating places and to many of the Madison sites. Staff friendly, efficient and helpful. We used the pool each day which was maintained to a high standard. Rooms were clean, spacious and quiet. Would definitely recommend this Best Western Hotel.

Very clean, would stay again!

I thought the hotel was very nice and very clean. I would definitely stay there again. The front desk check in was not exceptional, not very friendly. There was a little mistake with our room service order but was fixed promptly. The valet service was very friendly and thanked us and invited us back.

We went to Madison for a concert. We were able walk to concert hall. This property is right across the street from the capitol building and it was very pretty at night. The next day there was a huge farmers market. We walked around and I ended up buying a cinnamon roll. It was the most delicious thing I have ever eaten. My wife and I want to go up there again just to go to the farmers market!!

My daughter and I had a great stay here! We did a staycation to see Wicked at The Overture and the convenience of the hotel was great. Check in was very smooth and the hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating- and I was happy to see my room was ready earlier than expected. We ended up booking a king bedroom suite and wow I was blown away at how nice and huge the rooms were! Everything looked clean and modern and the amount of space in the suite was amazing; we even had a balcony in the living room. The bathroom was also clean and modern. While we were there, we also enjoyed the hotel amenities and ate at The Post restaurant for lunch, went in the pool and had room service deliver breakfast. Everything was great! We will definitely be back!
