It is an attractive hotel in the perfect location across from the Capital building. The room and hotel is very clean and the staff is very accomodating. The restaurant (Post) is reasonably priced for the quality of food and once again the staff is very attentive.

Honestly, the thing that stood out to me the most was my experience at the front desk. I accidentally booked the hotel for the night before I was actually arriving, which I didn't realize until I arrived to the hotel. The people at the front desk were kind and helpful, helping find me a room for the night around 9:30 PM. The next morning, I was taking step 1 of medical boards, so having a comfortable place to stay was vital. I can't remember the guys name who helped me, but like I said I arrived at around 9:30 PM on February 13 and he came out to help me. He's an awesome employee and should be well valued at your company, he gained my loyalty to this hotel anytime I come to Madison in the future.

The stay was wonderful and everyone was super hospitable, only thing was a pipe bursted in the middle of the night and it left me and my toddler trying to figure out the best exit and once outside there weren’t any clear instructions when allowed back in. Thank goodness for the teachers that were there that took a lead on the situation.

Our check in was awesome! I don't remember the gals name but she gave us a free upgrade for our first stay at the hotel with an amazing view of the Capitol! It was so cool. We loved the room, everything was super clean and staff were wonderful! We didn't want to leave!

Check in was seemless from the valet to front desk. Our room was a surge for my birthday, so we got the suite on the 9th floor with a view. 200% worth it! Huge well appointed suite with separate bedroom and huge beautiful marble bathroom. Furniture was actually comfortable, not just attractive. Dinner at hotel's restaurant The Post was fantastic. Food, cocktails and service were all above and beyond. Musician provided atmosphere and a perfect vibe without being loud and imtrusive. Our only criticism is breakfast at the restaurant was average - at best. Service was still excellent, but the food was disappointing. All in all, our stay was superior and I would highly recommend to anyone.
