Clean room. Excellent staff that checked us in and waited on us for breakfast. Beds nice and comfy. Hallway carpets need fixing they are pulling up.

The room was clean and your staff very friendly and professional. Disappointed no pool availability but bigger than that was no Wifi which was huge. I checked in early because I had business calls to make which required access to my computer and couldn't get the several hours of work I needed to get done, same thing in the morning.

Staff at check in ; excellent service even though she was alone checking in so many people! Breakfast; best continental breakfast ever and the service lady was very helpful and courteous, kept the place clean and tidy. Room; clean and the bathrooms had a vent! The staff was excellent! The pool was closed due to Maintenance and the front desk staff made sure that we were still taken care of and happy! She gave the adults a drink ticket to the bar and had the kids pick out a drink and snack. The restaurant staff was also very sweet and gracious with being the only server on a busy night!

The whole hotel was freezing. The pool was broken so hot tub wasn’t working. We came with our hockey team and everyone’s key cards disabled multiple times so we all had to keep going down to the front desk to get new key cards as we were standing in our swimsuits in the cold hallways because the hotel was freezing. This was not just for our room. It was for all over the different people’s room rooms. At least seven of us had disabled keys more than once. They had one person working at the front desk. We will never stay here again.

We had two rooms and both bathrooms were terrible. One bathroom’s toilet seat was urine and feces stained. (Go to the local HomeDepot, or where ever, and buy a replacement toilet seat for 19.99.) In one bath room you had to let the shower run for approximately 25 minutes before you could get warm water. In both showers the walls were stained and had a black color on the wall where it joined the tub.
