Loved the Governor's Club level. Breakfast and appetizer/dessert bar were delicious and great variety of foods. Staff were courteous and helpful throughout the hotel. When in Madison, we plan to stay there again.

Top Notch!

From the beautiful and welcoming staff to the convenient and yummy on-site bar w/food options, convenience to State Street, comfortable and large room, well-maintained and relaxing pool, hot tub, and sauna - The Madison Concourse cannot be beat. I have stayed in hotels, motels, hostels, resorts, and the like all around the world and this was by far one of my top experiences. A special thank you to the front desk staff on Sept. 3 for giving me all the positive vibes before an interview. Appreciate y'all!

The drawers for clothing drifted open on their own, but when I told the front desk about that they said they would address it. I’m confident that they have. I left an expensive item there and they contacted me immediately to mail it back to me. The woman at check-in Was very difficult to understand which made things awkward and take a long time. I’m sorry if that sounds bad. All other staff and service was perfect. I love this hotel.

Proximity to the State Capitol and the famous farmer's market. Convenience. Starbucks adjascent. Rooms are spacious and the hotel two major views - lake view (from the distance) and Capitol. Friendly staff both at the desk and the bar - excellent expresso martini. Negative: no digital safe box but ancient/stone age box kept in the back of the front desk. They should move to digitatization and fully integrate into a technology savy operation.
