Great family place to stay. A suite with kitchen for a great place. Had a view of the CN tower from our window! Only one block to CN tower and Roger’s stadium snd very walkable in general! Breakfast was great. Kids loved the pool. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to all!

The hotel was clean. Bathroom was slightly worn out though. The fan was very loud and towel hanger fell from the wall. The kitchenette was very well equipped. Breakfast selection was very limited.

We were absolutely shocked at the cleanliness of the room, with the bathroom being left with the last occupants body disposal. The pull out bed, the mattress, is something you would expect to find on Hastings street in Vancouver! Disgusting! We were upgraded to a different room, however, the furniture is old and the drawers on the dresser we had to leave open, as they would slide open on their own anyways. The breakfast was ABSOLUTELY terrible! We were so shocked as this is NOT the Marriott standards! I had the oatmeal, which is watered down so much that someone at the next table commented that it would be something they’d expect to be served in jails. The prisoners wouldn’t even eat it! ( and that really was a correct description). We had to line up, out the restaurant, past the desk along the hallway, past the elevators just to get into the eating area. Then you had to line up again to get the food. I even had to pull the one staff member aside to ask him to remove the mouldy oranges. Needless to say, we didn’t mind missing breakfast after that. They were even asking ppl to please if they could, get their meals and take them to their rooms! Terrible service!! Then the final frustration was the elevator was out of service causing such a terrible back up and ppl getting mad & frustrated. There were two other complaints and the ppl weren’t hiding their disappointment.

Loved the amenities pool fitness center and breakfast. Felt safe needing keycode access for all aspects of building. The only drawback for us was that the pull out couch bed was not comfortable
