First time in Toronto

The hotel exceeded expectations, it is centrally located to the downtown area, a bit further to Niagara Falls (approx. 2 hour bus ride). Our family would definitely stay there again if/when our travels take us back to Toronto. As a side note, we had the buffet breakfast which was OK but a bit expensive in my opinion. If eating onsite, maybe think to order from the menu.

Parking garage was pretty messy, first impression didn't match the image of the hotel, which was really neat. Bars, restaurants had friendly service; asked for more towels and got them very quickly, rooms clean, well lit an well designed.

Very convenient location. Walkable to many restaurants. Parking was scary going down with a pick-up truck, very tight spots. Shampoo and soap dispensers were empty, make sure you test it out before you go into the shower.

Great location and price

We had a great stay here. The location is great, close to the train station for the airport, bus station for trips to Niagra falls and the ferry for trips over to the islands. The city is fairly walkable anyway. The price was good, rooms really comfortable. The pool was busy and oddly there was not changing facility or towels. We paid for breakfast one morning and it was poor, certainly not worth the money. Go for breakfast elsewhere. Would recommend however and would stay here again.

Everything about the room and service was excellent. The entrance to the underground parking is a bit awkward as you have to drive past it to park in the check-in area, then make two left turns back onto the street and into the parking entrance after check-in.
