This hotel is quite close to the Scotia Bank arena, CN tower and many of the downtown amenities. It was clean and the staff were kind. The only two things that weren’t perfect - shower would not get hot no matter how hard I tried and the breakfast was super expensive and slow off of the menu.

Big room! I didnt swim at the pool, but i took a look and its pretty spacious. Beautiful lobby entrance, and a nice location. I was here for a concert and i felt super secure here.

From the moment we arrived, the location stood out as a major highlight—it was convenient and easy to get around. The room was comfortable overall, though there were a few small drawbacks, like a lack of towels and no floor mat by the door, and it was a bit noisy at times. On the positive side, the little extra toiletries were a nice touch and came in handy. While I was slightly disappointed that nothing was offered after a flight delay, the staff kindly let us hold our bags after checkout, which was extremely helpful. Despite a few minor issues, it was a good stay and I would stay here again.
