The room was dirty, and things in disrepair. Bathroom door didn’t close properly, soap dispensers broken, window streaks, coffee maker didn’t work properly. The carpets in hallway were a hazard, almost tripped and fell a few times. Woke up with neck and backache. The hotel is very dated and needs a complete renovation.

It was an amazing stay and the only thing missing was that the hotel did not provide sandals even for sale at a cheaper price which would have been great from a customers point of view.
