The room needs some update,like the floor should be replaced. Staffs are friendly but they took $100 from my credit card saying this is deposit for parking and late checkout. I told them I’m the working party of a big event held at the hotel and I shouldn’t be charged. They told me I’ll have the deposit returned to my credit card in 5 days, but nothing happened! I’m so angry and frustrated!
