Room was nice. Staff were efficient. 3rd floor room near the elevators faced the street, it was super noisy on the street and in the hotel. Could hear word for word conversations outside and inside, very difficult to sleep.

The room was pretty good other than the backsplash in the washroom had not been cleaned properly, but everything else was good. I, however, did not feel safe outside the hotel or in the underground parking garage. There were a circle of young men just hanging around in the parking garage smoking weed and I did not feel safe walking from my vehicle to the hotel elevator underground. Likewise, there were more young men just hanging around their cars directly outside the hotel at 11:30pm. As a woman who was alone, it did not feel that safe.

I was able to get an early check in and a room upgrade. The room had a phenomenal view of the harbour. It was clean, spacious and beautiful. The staff were incredibly polite and helpful. I loved having a cafe downstairs. Everything i wanted to do was within walking distance.

The hotel was clean, and the staff were kind, helpful, and very responsive to all our requests. The property has been nicely renovated and is well maintained. Its downtown location is convenient for business trips and offers easy access to public transportation. However, due to its central location, it was quite noisy on Friday and Saturday nights after 11:00 p.m., with people talking loudly on the street. Cars were also honking in the back alley after midnight for reasons I do not know. In addition, the in-room fan coil unit made noticeable noise while operating for heating and cooling, likely due to a fan adjustment issue. Overall, considering the location and service, it is a good option for business travel.
