The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, however, there were on ly shampoo and no conditioner in the bathroom. Free parking but if you return late you will have to wait over 10 minutes for the hotel to move their van so you can park. (Employee says people use the parking lot but they are not staying there)

Out stay was good. If you come back to the hotel after 11pm there’s no parking and you’re left trying to figure out where to park your car. The other issue was my elderly mother thought she could pay the deposit cash and they wouldn’t allow it she had to call her credit card company at midnight and sit on the phone with them that was not ok Mahmoud was very nice and patient

There was a power outage our first night (only at the hotel, not the area surrounding the hotel) Then on the second day they left a letter on the door stating the hot water would be turned off from 10-6pm. Great, at least there was notice. However, instead of there being no hot water.. there was NO water period. For the entire day. With zero communication from the staff. They wouldn’t even offer water bottles until there was a complaint. We couldn’t even flush the toilets for over 8 hours. I asked for a partial refund and the concierge stated she would let the manager know to get in touch with me and I never heard another word from them about it. Unacceptable.

The area was safe and quiet. However, a situation was handled poorly by management. The first night my husband and I arrived we were so tired we just went to bed. Upon waking we were disgusted to find what looked like a dried old blood stain on Our bed sheets. I informed the front desk that morning who did apologize and sent housekeeping to change the sheets. She seemed dry and unfriendly with my husband. This occured on the first night of a 4 night stay. I sent an email to the property manager.We are back home now and never heard from a manager to discuss the situation or conpensate us for such a mortidying experience.
