"Door to enter building at the back is meant to be locked and only accessible with a room key, however we discovered it’s unlocked 24/7 and the door can just be pushed open without any key. Felt very unsafe once discovering this. Forgot sandals in room, know for a fact I forgot them in the room, but they claim they were not found. This means they’re stolen by housekeeping. Shower had what appeared to be black mold in the corner. Certainly wasn’t clean. Random glass cups left outside our room door from time of check in and remained there until after we checked out."

"This is the perfect spot to enjoy rest and relaxation if that is what you are looking for, or to have some fun by the pool and take part in a variety of activities throughout the day. "We had a fantastic 6 night stay at The Saguaro over a festival weekend.The staff—from the front desk to the bar and housekeeping—were consistently amazing, friendly, and helpful. The pool area was a definite highlight, and we thoroughly enjoyed the on-site dining. The rooms are a generous size and easily accommodated our group of three adults without feeling cramped. Highly recommend for a fun Palm Springs getaway!"
