Very nice facility, but as with so many "resorts" now, there are many add-on charges beyond what the room rate originally appears. We did have an excellent meal and service at the Osteria Sierra restaurant at the hotel.

Had an issue checking in with my confirmation number. They had the incorrect dates, and I hadn’t even checked out of my room and the housekeeper entered my room without knocking while I was using the restroom. Embarrassing and not professional at all.
