We got the king great room. Very nice and spacious with the most amazing view. Would rate this place 9/10. Everything was perfect. Only thing that could’ve made it better was if it was a 5 minute walk to heavenly village instead of 30. But I had a rental car so wasn’t an issue at all for us.

It was a great stay. We were only there for one night but loved the room, the view from our patio out to the lake, everything was great. The staff was very nice and accommodating. We'll be back when we can stay longer!

Great staff, very clean, quiet, convenient free parking, right across the street from the lake. A couple of restaurants within walking distance. We enjoyed the great hot tub. I highly recommend this hotel.

The front desk agent was nice, gave us early check in, and access to the game room while we waited for the room to be ready. The room was clean overall, could use a good deep clean, carpet needs a shampoo, corners are dusty. The beds and pillows were not the most comfortable. Only staff service compliant is the check in agent did not understand what a Psychiatric service animal was and kept trying to down play it to an ESA, please educate staff on the difference.

Great view, clean room, pet friendly

Great place if you want to stay a few minutes further away from the hustle and bustle of the downtown area. This hotel was pet friendly and conveniently located to restaurants and several open spaces to walk, sight see, take your doggy etc. The rooms are not ultra fancy or modern, but the rooms are nice and clean, the balcony in room 336 had a spectacular view of the lake and created a very nice space to drink my morning coffee while watching the snow fall all over the lake. Microwave and fridge in room were an added plus.
