There was hair in our bathtub and hair in our towels. We wanted to use the steamer in the room, but it had mold in it. The pool area also smelled like feet and there seemed to be a plumbing issue because the water around the pool was not draining.

They’ve really did a great renovation here! Nothing like the drab Lake Tahoe resort. Vibrant atmosphere and color choices. Super nice and l highly recommend this place. Pricey for a weekend stay but well worth it!

This hotel used to have different ownership, all the new group did was to remodel, increase the prices and no more breakfast included and no more free parking around it. They also do not have a microwave in the rooms anymore. We only stayed there because if the indoor pool and hot tub, otherwise not worth the high extra fees you have to pay for the valet plus all the tips at arrival and departure. But definitely the comfort is great. Rooms can get the noise of the singer till 9 ish pm.
