Didn't like: pool area was unsafe to walk, water was all over the floor. Kids were unsupervised, jumping and diving into hot tub that used to be for adults only or at least children older than 13. The check-out area was overcrowded that never happened when the hotel was under old ownership. The food credit was not applied upon check out, I had to call and request a refund. Coffee maker was not working in the room. Food at breakfast "come in Monday" cafe was below mediocre.

I honestly was pleasantly surprised with my stay here. More space in the room than I anticipated and the bed was really comfortable with nice, plush pillows. Check out got kind of hectic just because of the number of people leaving at the same time during peak ski season but it was manageable. Only knock is the room’s walls are thin and if you have noisy neighbors you will hear them come & go from the bedroom. Would I stay here again? I would

Overall it was a good place to stay. Easy walk to all the places you would want to go. On the downside, they offer coffee in your room, but nothing to go in it. The bath towels are worn with holes. Stay away from the steakhouse. Definitely not worth the price. The food didn't even seem seasoned.

12:54pm called us and that room was ready, drove back to hotel from a restaurant, kids were nauseous and carsick 1:50pm room was ready - eating at base camp 3:10pm. ask valet to bring baggage and all our stuff to the room 3:43pm. Still waiting for baggage and all our phones were dead 4:26pm heater doesn’t work - had to Change filter 5:25pm - called from break for loud banging next door and they mentioned, we’ve been trying to find out the room number for them, indicating it’s been an ongoing problem for that day for other guests as well 9:53 came back to room and they were still so loud You can hear all the small noises from the floor Above and even the rooms Nextdoor All night - the bar light kept coming on and I had to turn off 3 times during the night. Couldn’t figure out how to stop it from turning on
