The room is very spacious and roomy. Perfect for us and our baby. However, the room was so far from the elevators and entrance. I did contact the hotel about having a room closer to the elevator because of the baby but I didnt get a response. The amenities are ok. We liked the indoor pool the most. It was nice to unwind after a long day. We liked it also that it closes late.

I think this place is ok. I am not a fan of staff that we encounter.. my son is autistic and both the receptionist and the person who gave us extra blanket and pillow gave us both attitude for no reason it was weird.. and they have charged me so much extra charge.. will not use this hotel again. Not a pleasant experience for my family.

It is very conveniently located close to restaurants and shops. I loved how pet friendly the hotel was and the many perks provided to guest daily like food credit at any of their restaurants.

We liked the vibe of the hotel when we walked in. There are 9 floors, we got the 7th floor and my kids enjoyed the elevator ride. Our room was very spacious and well decorated. The floors were dirty though and the toilets didn’t flush well. The valet fee is very pricey, $50/night and self parking is not an option. We liked the hotel, but there is room for some improvement. The breakfast was decent.

The room was not spotless. There was trash under the TV cabinet (a soda can, coins, bits of paper and dust bunnies. The staff was excellent. One of the faucet handles came off. Maintenance was prompt.
