Check in agent had hard time understanding and speaking clearly. After I asked a billing question she said yes and was sure of it, after charge then asked th other person and she was wrong I had to pay more the next day

1. Hot tub: too small 2. No refrigerator, No microwave in room 3. No desk with 2 chairs. only very small table with one chair for 2 persons. 2. No guest heating control: controled by Office only 3. Parking lot In/out key: Not explained by check-in count. We had to stopped at gate and returned to check-in desk to validate the key again to exit everyday morning- it's made me fill bad. The count desk Must explain how to validate the key.

This place has no AC was cery hot didn't not have the option to control the temperature in my room. Staff members were rude n not helpful at all. Will not come back to stay at an 80 degrees temperature room. Had a sliding door with no balcony not safe at all..
