I am requesting a full refund for my reservation due to a failure to provide lodging. I had a confirmed reservation and arrived at the property at approximately 4:00 PM to check in. At that time, the check-in line was extremely long (estimated minimum wait of 2+ hours), due to a large fraternity/sorority function with hundreds of college guests. There were only two staff members assisting at the front desk, and no alternative check-in options were provided despite widespread guest complaints. Because of these conditions, we were unable to reasonably access the lodging we had reserved. After waiting and attempting to resolve the situation, we were not able to complete check-in until after approximately 11:00 PM. During this time, we attempted to ask staff if there was any way to improve or navigate the situation. For example, one of us stated: “I didn’t insult your service. I simply asked if there was a way in the future to improve.” Despite this, the interaction did not result in any workable solution, and we were ultimately told to “call Travelocity” regarding the reservation. By that point, we were already extremely exhausted and uncomfortable with the safety implications of continuing travel or driving further. Due to the inability to access the room in a reasonable timeframe, we did not stay and were left without usable accommodations. Therefore, we were directed to contact Travelocity regarding the full refund.

It was a pleasant surprise to walk into my room. Recently remodeled, and very well done. Simulated wood floors (no carpet), huge shower, and a large TV with a great picture. The lobby and reception areas were being remodeled, so hard to judge the rest of what I experienced. Only negative is the garage was extremely dusty.

In my opinion don’t stay here until it’s fully remodeled or if you need automatic doors. Rooms are pretty old and some things are not working properly. Do not gamble here either unless you like losing your money.

I was unable to sleep the first night because the AC was stuck at 71°F and could not be adjusted. As a result, I had to sleep with the window open while it was 45°F outside in Lake Tahoe. The next morning, I called the front desk to request assistance and was told that someone would be sent to fix the issue. I waited two hours, but no one came. I called again and was told someone would arrive within 10 minutes. Unfortunately, no one ever showed up. I had to sleep a second night with the window open, dealing with cold temperatures and constant traffic noise again. Additionally, no room service was provided due to renovations at the resort. On top of that, I was charged $107 for resort fees and parking. However, I was previously told by the hotel that everything was included in my stay. Never again booking with HOTELS and never again staying at that trash place. Wha was supposed to be 2 nights enjoyable for our honeymoon became this nightmare.

Everything was wonderful! Super easy check-in, very nice staff (everywhere). The staff at registration, bartenders, cocktail servers at the slots, and servers…all amazing. Our server, Luis, was amazing! Very clean rooms and a super dog friendly hotel. We will be back!

I have stayed here a couple of times in the past 5 years but this was probably the worst experience I had here. Aside from all the renovations they are having. The room smelled like smoke so bad and I had 2 small children. Things in the room were not working properly. Or broken. The hotel seemed to be run down.

Staff is friendly. Room was very clean very beautiful didn’t have any smell (since it’s with a casino) I was surprised to walk in to the room and it had a fresh smell. Bed is comfortable and pillows are very nice too!

Room was just ok, the mini fridge is not cooling as it supposed to, the pillow cases are way too small than the pillow itself and the worst part is there is spider in the ceiling where me and my 6y/o son is sleeping and this spiders are crawling everywhere I couldn’t even sleep cuz of this. I wanted to share the pictures and videos but there’s no way to upload. Informed that staff during check out but she told me it’s normal in that area to have spiders anywhere- this is definitely not safe hotel.
