Ok stay but faced some major inconveniences.
The hotel was Alright overall. The biggest complaint we had was that there was no hot water on all three days we were there. Showers were freezing and when we called to inform them of the issue they were very unhelpful and did not send anyone up to our room to take a look at the problem. They told us to just run the water for 15 minutes and see if that helps, which it did not. Many employees we spoke to said this is a major complaint they hear frequently but when we brought it up to the manager he denied that it was a problem. He was very rude and non accommodating whatsoever of our issue. Also, their restaurant claims to be open till 10pm but when we got there at 9pm they said they were only accepting take out orders. Nowhere on their website or hotel information do they mention that. We were planning on having a nice celebratory dinner and had to change our plans very last minute which was extremely inconvenient. Overall, nice comfortable rooms and hotel but the two major problems will encountered and the lack of good customer service from the staff has definitely deterred us from wanting to stay there again.

Hot water in my room did not work for showers at mid-day. Complained and they said maintenance would fix it. Same problem the next day. Complained again, at which point they offered a room switch but since I was done my showers that didn't make sense. Needed a 2 pm checkout but they would not grant that, 1 pm is all they would give. As well the rooms or worn out. eg: the light switches have grime in them and need to be cleaned. Sockets by bed did not work. As well when I needed the bell desk at 2 different times, no one was there. Multiple ppl at the checkin desk that were free did not offer to help or let me know when a bell person would be avail, even after eye contact. I had to walk up to them and directly ask them to help. Most were reluctant to help except for one helpful older lady. Will never use this place again.

The property has an indoor pool which was nice for myself and the kids. Free WiFi was cool. Dining was limited but good food. The room was not that great. There was a dead ant and hair on one of the pillows, blood and bible, beds and pillows not comfortable.
