Spend the extra money and stay at Harrah’s or Golden Nugget. If you’re staying for the gambling, it sucks. Tables don’t open until 4pm. Many slots like black jack are not working “the battery dies” according to staff. If you get a room by the elevator request to change it. Ppl will play games and kick on your door and run away. It happen to us twice and when we asked security to check the cameras they said there are no cameras in the hallways. The food is not good. We went to eat at golden nugget instead. Parking is $20 a night. We found spiders by our fridge and bed.

Rooms were nice although housekeeping had to be scheduled. Very few food options and what they did have was way overpriced. Parking is ridiculous at 20.00 per day. Would not stay there again because of all the fees added to an already high room rate.

the elevator from the parking garage malfunctioned as soon as we arrived, and every elevator we used afterward continued to malfunction, trapping my family and me multiple times. This is a serious safety hazard that caused anxiety and concern throughout the stay. We also planned to enjoy the pool in the morning, only to find it closed without any prior notice—another disappointment that further disrupted our plans. Perhaps most frustratingly, I had left a note at the time of booking stating that this trip was part of my birthday celebration. Not only was this not acknowledged, but no effort was made to make the stay feel special in any way. Other hotels would offer a small gesture, such as a card, complimentary treat, or even a simple room upgrade. Nothing was done here. In summary: • The first room was unsanitary and clearly not cleaned (wet towels, dirty diaper, used toiletries). • I had to wait to be relocated, disrupting my stay. • The elevator malfunctioned multiple times, a serious safety concern. • The pool was closed without notice. • My birthday request was ignored. • The only compensation offered was waiving a $20 parking fee, which does not reflect the level of inconvenience we experienced. I don’t recommend.

The pool and hot tub were the best part of Bally's. Each had perfect temperatures and friendly staff. Otherwise, I liked the happy hour at the center bar and the sports book was a comfortable spot to see the games.
