We stayed a Bally’s for one night. We had a great check in, everyone was very friendly and helpful. Our room was great, the bed was comfy and we had a beautiful view out our window!! We went to the hockey game next door and it was so nice to just be able to walk over and back! Thank you Bally’s for a wonderful stay!

Got to our room and discovered mouse poop all around and under the pillows. Went back to front desk and they moved us to another room... with a queen size bed. Went back to front desk and had to argue with about the size of the bed in the room. Finally got 3rd room and had to go show pics of the different beds to prove them wrong. Pretty horrible situation and can't belive this casino would be like this. 2hrs to get checked in... plenty of other options in tahoe. Will not be going back.

The room was neglected and we felt neglected. Half of the outlets in the room did not work including the TV. We called the front desk and told me they will send someone immediately but after 2 hrs no one came so i cancelled. I called the next morning to speak to the supervisor/manager but i was asked to leave a message and nobody return my call.

The view was fantastic, our room was very clean, the casino was smoke free [thank god] & the staff were helpful and quick. I think our only two problems were the bed was a little too firm for my husband's taste and the hotel fees weren't the most clear beforehand. My email from Expedia confirming my stay states a total of $231 (161 for the room, 20 parking, 30 resort fee and additional tax) but we ended up paying $360 total due to additional fees and a security deposit. Every hotel has a security deposit so it wasn't a big deal but I do wish the quote I got in the email was accurate. Still waiting on the deposit to come back to my account but overall we enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.

I reserved there most expensive room listed on expedia for 3 nights i want a nice room with view, when checked in i switched to 3 different rooms the frist room the carpet was pulled up going to the bathroom, the next room the bed have hairs on it and the bed sunk in middle i ended up with there cheaper room that was slightly newer, it better than more expensive room cleaner. Payed same price as more expensive room. They said they had no other rooms that i originally payed for. Next time i won't go to there.

Place was great! Only bad thing was the pool was closed for the duration we were there the whole time. Kids were bummed. Was told it would open in the afternoon on our second day of stay but they ended up closed for the rest of our stay.

The room was clean and updated. A nice amount of space for the price. The valet staff was excellent, always available and accommodating. The front desk staff was friendly and efficient with check in. The housekeeping staff did their room cleaning by request on schedule and to perfection.

Upon arrival, the check-in lines were unusually long. The room I was assigned had a noticeable odor of pet urine and did not appear to have been properly cleaned. There was hair on the bathroom floor, crumbs throughout the room, and it did not look like it had been vacuumed. I requested a room change but was informed that no alternative accommodations were available. I also requested room service during my stay, but no one responded. My trash remained in the room for two days, and I had to flag down housekeeping staff in the hallway to receive fresh towels and additional toilet paper. Additionally, free breakfast was advertised but not provided, and the pool was closed during my stay without prior notice.
