The casino had a plethora of slot machines that catered to only a certain culture and unfortunately there was no one available to explain the new symbols, etc., so back to the room we went. Maybe they should be mixed up better for a variety of cliental. We understand construction is tough, so we had no issue with that but guests were fetching their ice thru the tunnel over at Harrah's ?? A room notice could have easily directed us to the 18th floor. Hoping the air conditioners will be upgraded so we don't have to crank the volume up on the TV to hear the news. On in all, the EWF concert was fantastic and so were your ambassadors. The Bell Captain and Valet staff were outstanding. The man that came to fix the TV was very pleasant. By the way, you need to provide room service if only just for breakfast. I think it would help get a family out the door by 11:00am.a little quicker. P.S....get yourself a Dutch Bros franchise on siteband stick it over by the casino escalators. People would play longer since they serve up an awesome set of energy drinks. Thank you.

I made the reservation for myself and friends but got sick and could not go for the EarthWindFire show. Desk clerk Katie helped us to arrange things so that my friends could stay without me. She was sympathetic and so helpful. The friends had a great stay and provided the review notes.

The room was very nice. They are renovating the hotel so a lot of work and construction workers around. Hopefully they finish up soon. I miss having a 24 hour cafe to go to for a late bite to eat or to just sit and have coffee and dessert. But overall, all we had a nice stay.

Harvey's (now Caesar's Republic) did not disclose they would be under construction during our stay at the time we booked our trip. They sent an email at 3:20pm on the day of our arrival when it was too late to cancel our reservations and book somewhere else - deliberate and SLIMY. The hotel claimed that construction would only happen between 7am and 7pm, but that was a lie. The second night of our stay we were rudely awakened by knocking (hammering) throughout the night and the sounds of hydraulic lifts and power tools at 6am. First and second levels were almost completely closed off due to construction, only one set of doors at the main entrance were open.

There is massive construction going on inside the hotel and casino, unsafe and dirty environment, ladders, electrical cords and other construction equipment everywhere, employees are confused as to how to provide directions, jacuzzi was closed, restaurants are closed. Hotel should be closed to patrons until construction is complete.

If I could post videos, this place would be done for. These were public walking areas where workers are wearing full construction ppe due to dust exposure, objects being hoisted or removed from ahead, etc., loud drilling of tiles and walls with the dust particles consuming our breathing air.

Terrible.

Hotel was an absolute disaster zone of construction. Dust, noise, crews, garbage everywhere. Zero advance warning or acknowledgement of any kind. Staff was slow, lack smiles or friendliness and seemed largely indifferent to guests generally. Hot tub out of order. Annoying buzzing from fan at all times in room that couldn’t be turns off.

We needed some tape during our stay and went to the front desk to ask if they had any. The employee asked the manager and the manager said that we would have to buy it from the shop. Went to the shop and they don't even have tape for sale. Went back to the front desk and the manager had left so the employee let us borrow a roll of tape. This is a stupid story but demonstrates how far Caesars has gone away from hospitality and treating their guests like anything other than money sources to be shaken down for the simplest request. We paid for the $25 cocktails and $35 a night valet without complaint but Caesars won't even offer up scotch tape for free without a hassle. Seems like they learned Hospitality from the Hospital industry. Thankfully, the new employee had not yet fully embraced Caesars culture and treated us with common decency that a sane person would extend to any guest.

The room was large and had a view of the lake The room was clean and nicely decorated with a mini refrigerator, comfortable bed, large screen TV and nice big bathroom with separate toilet closet The only inconvenience was they are in the process of remodeling the lobby and casino, butI a large portion of the casino was open as well as the on site dining.

Good location. But it was a construction and hotel didn't inform about it at the time of booking. I could stay at nearby hotel twice cheaper, if i would know. The housekeeping didn't bring fresh towels when asked. Had to ask several times for it.
