We found trimmed hair in the bathtub and the place was under construction and the hotel failed to mentioned that or to emphasize it at least. The people next to us kept complaining about the food we were cooking in our room. Place overall was a 7 out of 10 though because the receptionist had our back and the surrounding area was beautiful. Another con is that every restaurant is 1 hour away and anything past 9pm is close. We had to drive to reno for canes chicken lol

The property was nice, but we were left without power for about 11 hours, our roon phone had no power and nobody was at the front desk all night. We had to shower in the dark and had no way to charge our cell phones all night. Once power was on i spoke to maintenance about how this problem could have been fixed sooner and he did not have an answer. Ive written to the hotel about this issue and have yet to receive a reply. The place was amazing and our stay would have been perfect if we had had power in our room. Thanks Ramon

Excellent family getaway

The layout of the room is bedroom, door, bathroom, door, living room. This was an amazing layout for traveling with 2 young kiddos! We also loved the pool and spa, and were so thankful for the early morning and late night hrs ♡ The grounds are under construction so it looks a bit wonky, but its kept clean and organized. The hotel was so clean and comfortable, with a great small kirchen. The proximity to Palisades Village and the Shirley Canyon hike is perfect- we never used our car the whole trip :)

Great place for a getaway. Walking distance from Olympic Village or 2 minutes drive if it’s raining or hailing like when we were there. Like to go back when the courtyard construction is over. I bet it’s going to be cozy and beautiful.

A really nice luxury hotel that's inexpensive off-season. The staff are excellent. Rooms don't have air conditioning and it takes much longer than expected to cool the room with a fan in summer. It took until about 11:30 PM for my stay. A less cheap fan would have helped. It's quiet at night so open windows are fine. Everything was clean and in good condition. I was unable to use the pool area due to unexpected service being needed.
