was very clean. the whole wear your mask everywhere but in your room was the pits but get it. our room was upgraded which was great. the $60 a night resort fee was an unwelcomed surprise and don't really understand what we got for that as no amenities info was given to us other than we saw a pool table. We would stay again as very clean and beautiful area and we ended up with a one bedroom apartment.

There was a broken chair in the dining room Dirty glassware Room spelt moldy when fan was put on! Very disappointed as I spent $1061 for 2 nights I could have stayed in any other hotel nicer than that place. I will never go back there.

Excellent location, excellent rates, great amenities, and very picturesque. The only negative to the stay was that we used all of our towels and went to the front desk to ask for more. The person manning the front desk said they would have towels brought to our room and we never had them delivered. Fortunately, we found where they kept extras and grabbed them. Aside from that, everything else was great!

Worth being in the center of the action...

Pros: Flexible and accommodating, everything is nearby.
Cons: Not cheap (but look for off-season deals).
Location: Fun and friendly coffee & wine bar nearby. Great lessons for kids. Go online in advance for lift tickets / packages.
Went with two families, first time skiing for kids, something for everyone, and everyone loved it.

We are very happy to see you enjoyed your time here. On top of looking for off-season deals, you can also look to book midweek for a lower rate, we also regularly sales on lodging packages. We hope to welcome you back to The Village at Squaw Valley
