Overall nice stay

It was a nice facility, loved the hot tub, I really liked the restaurants in the hotel but expect to PAY for food and drinks. Everything was over priced. I would expect that maybe even the breakfast would be complimentary but that was not included. The only thing I would say that really disappointed me, after paying good money for this room, at check out I was quiet shocked to see there was some kind Of a service fee of $30 a day that was not included in our reservation. Maybe that was on some fine print some where I missed but an extra $120 sucked. Over all the staff was very polite, the room was clean, and we enjoyed our stay!

Comfortable room, great reataurants

We were initially disappointed because when I booked the room, I booked a room with a mountain view. But when we arrived in our room, we had a view of the parking lot :-( I asked for a room with the mountain view & we were moved to a different room with a beautiful view. I just didn't appreciate that I had to ask for it when I had already booked a room with a mountain view. Anyway, the room was very clean & comfortable. There are several restaurants on site & they were delicious!! We were quite excited to realize they had a cafe that had Starbucks coffee :-) Overall, we had a great experience, but I think in the future we will find a place equally as nice with a better price

Nice Hotel

Pros: Gives you the feeling that you are in the mountains!
Cons: The wait staff in the Sierra Café and the valet staff.
Location: Beautiful setting. Close to both South Shore and North Shore and the beach.
Very nice. Sierra Café staff not very friendly. We were charged an additional "resort fee" upon arrival which is not made clear when booking your room on Travelocity. Other than that we were very pleased with the service from Travelocity which was our first time using this booking site. Would stay at this hotel again in the future.

This hotel was a perfect escape for a long weekend.

Pros: if you recycled your h20 btl you got a free fruit, room darkening curtains made sleeping great
Cons: smoking allowed in the casino, extra resort fees charged at check out, staff only recommended hotel restaurants
This was a wonderful hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful and freindly all hours of the day and night. We really enjoyed watching sunsets from the dock, drinking hot chocolate around the fire pit and winning at video poker in the casino. We came for a long weekend getaway, and the Hyatt offered an excellent retreat in a gorgeous setting.

This hotel is idyllic

I stayed here during the ski season. The hotel is picturesque, well located (next to a beach), and has great facilities. I would highly recommend it to visitors visiting Lake Tahoe.

If You Love Snow

Pros: Close restaurants, nice casino
The Hyatt at Incline Village is a beautiful warm place to stay. The staff is wonderful and the rooms are clean & nice. Everything you need is there and it's a good thing because when we went there was lots of snow, which made traveling difficult (at least for me). I would prefer to be there in the spring, summer or fall, but we enjoyed our stay.

We loved this place

We were greeted with a glass of champagne. It was a great start. The room was lovely. Later that night we were brought a complimentary tray of cookies and milk, wine and cheese. That and a swim in the heated pool as it snowed was all we needed. Breakfasts, which were included in the package we purchased, were fresh and delicious. The buffet, served on weekends, was fantastic. We did a couples massage in their spa. When it was time to check out we promised eachother we'd come back once a year. This was a totally romantic, friendly, and lovely hotel.

BEST BIRTHDAY EVER!!

I absolutely loved the Hyatt! From the time we walked in, to the time we checkout the customer service was extremely splendid! Upon arrival me and my boyfriend received complimentary champagne which i thought was a nice touch to my birthday weekend. We stayed in the spa Terrance wing (View was awesome but getting there was a bit far) The robes and slippers were a nice incentive as well. The boyfriend and I wanted to walk around the hotel and decided lets get hot chocolate and walk over to the fire place outside. We stopped by the Sienna cafe to place our order, and I kid you not we got asked 3-4 times on if we were okay. I felt like we were VIPS. Not only that when our hot cocoa came, the nice gentlemen gave it to us and started to turn when my boyfriend asked if they were just going to charge it to the room. The young gentlemen simply said No its cold outside, enjoy! That really blew us away. I recommend every one staying at the Hyatt we had a blast! This birthday sure was a memorable one!!!
