I had a great stay at the Americana. The checkin process was very quick and staff was also friendly upon arrival. The room was very spacious and clean. The room had everything we needed. The only thing that could have been better was the breakfast as there were not many options. Overall, i had a great stay and would definitely come back again.

The surrounding area was weird, it had a few homeless people around the corner by 711, some drug dealers behind a convenience store to the right, literally saw the exchange happen. There were some nice people ( mostly foreigners or visitors that weren’t locals, but the area didn’t seem that great. The property itself was amazing though! Beautiful interior, spacious, very clean, very high quality. The staff were amazing, both the front desk and the lovely ladies in housekeeping. I would absolutely stay here again! It’s kind of close to the village which is also cool.

Staff are SOOOOO NICE! it’s a family oriented/ dog friendly place. BBQ, picnic areas! Very homey and genuine. Parking is a little tight. Breakfast is included but not that impressive. There are many places in the area to grab good breakfast so not a big deal.

The rooms are small and cozy but then if you are visiting in summers like I did there is no air conditioning couple of fans but that’s not enough. Room cleaning is not done daily and I wanted change of towels which I had to go get it from front desk(had to carry the used ones to them as well). TV remote was not working for 2 days and no one really paid attention. Breakfast feels like they are doing a favor you can only ask limited and I witnessed an incident where a couple was trying to get breakfast for their old parents staying in handicapped room and the server told them she can’t give they will have to come and pick. Overall won’t plan to go to this place again
