"The staff from the front desk to valet were nothing short of helpful. Unfortunately my review stands from finding toe nail creeping in the pull out bed in the sofa and the vents in the restroom filled with dusked as well as the lamps around the bedroom area. It took 3x occasions after speaking with the front desk to have someone come to clean and still failed to clean the restroom vents."
