Basic breakfast was available to pick up to eat in the room, no microwave in room, TV is prone to disconnection and no one available to problem solve, communication between shift is poor. Had a problem with my TV in the evening, called staff on duty who was unable to solve. Asked staff to leave a note for oncoming day shift. When I checked out the following morning, Staff on duty had no idea what I was telling them. Rooms are nice and the location is close to shopping and restaurants. Hopeful next time these problems will have been address and corrected.

The bad was way too soft. I am surprised my back didn’t end up sore. I would not stay here again simply due to that. Otherwise it was in a good location and the staff was friendly.

Staff was very friendly and informative we came here early and gave us some welcoming drinks! She was very polite and knowledgeable about the area and she recommended some place around. Room was very clean and comfortable! Feels like were in a cabin. Although the heater was not working or maybe its on automatic? Because it was so cold from 10pm - 4am. Overall, we loved it and we had a great experience.

We choose this hotel because it was pet friendly but we were delightfully surprised at how nice it was, it was walking distance to everything we needed, it was nice and cozy and clean very comfortable bed and my husband and I and our pets were very happy will definitely stay here again next time we’re in Tahoe

I especially loved the cozy lobby - great for relaxing and enjoying the fireplace. The staff was very friendly and welcoming and extras such as the hot tub, welcoming wine, and 'smores were lovely touches. The room was also lovely and clean and charming. Highly recommended!
