Lost power due to big storm. No one was available at the front desk to ask for information. The room was nice but water pressure and temperature was awful. The guy plowing the snow had more attitude then needed for sure.

The front desk made it possible for us to check in late without contact. We had been at a Grandson's foootball game that ran lae.

This property is nicely located, but the parking is very complicated to get, so good luck arriving late and finding a spot. The insulation is not good so you get to hear every noise outside, and since they start cleaning early good luck of waking up past 7 am unless you are a heavy sleeper. Rooms are ok and very simple and very small bathrooms. The staff in the front desk were very clueless to help with a tax matter, they delayed and in the end did not help at all and dropped the ball to travelocity... so they are charging the card but not responsible for any of it. The manager Maurice was no where to be seen to address the matter.
