very convenient hotel, right next to the concert venue. Fun brewery and live music next door. close to South Lake Tahoe shops. The only negative is the bathroom dispensers were completely empty, and the cleaning staff is loud first thing in the AM. Yelling loudly with each other in spanish and not considerate to people sleeping early in the AM.

This is a very convenient location. It is right across the street from the Cesar’s outdoor amphitheater entrance and down the street from the Heavenly shopping center. Staff was great and texted us prior to our arrival and let us know we check in early. Check in was smooth and the young woman at the front desk was great. Cute outdoor area with a live band and corn-hole boards, fire pits, and you could purchase drinks. Pricey but comparatively speaking, not horrible for Tahoe. Would definitely stay here again.

Basecamp was great location, basic rooms , the beds were comfortable and rooms were clean. However the hallways, staircases and balconies are run down and could use some updating. The staff was helpful and the service was great. Overall we had a good experience.

The room was hot! The air conditioner was not working and the heat would not shut off in the room in 80 degree weather. They offer a magnificent breakfast options till 2 but you have to pay but worth the money.
