Per hotel policy No flexibility for late check out under any circumstances and a fee for early check in was applied when the room became available @ 2:15pm The hotel prefers you hangout in their lobby for hours instead of checking you in. I will not stay there again. In all my years of business travel this is the first time I’ve encountered this. "
