"Well first of all we read some of the reviews and some had got a complimentary margarita at check-in , no fan in the bathroom, the bathroom door has gaps so no privacy, housekeeping didn’t change towels with us asking,didn’t put out new coffee for us, fridge was not cold ! We didn’t even have a table with our chairs like everyone did! We noticed the floors were filthy! And the bathroom sink drain stop! is really needing repair on the handles! Then the bed was super hard! Good stay other than the problems !"

"I will never stay here again first off I was not aware there was an $100 deposit to stay here and the staff just looked at me like they didn’t care, the microwave in the room was not in English so it was difficult to use and I called the front desk three times with no answer so I had to walk up there to get help,and there were no spots to put my clothes at all!! The best part was it was quiet!!"

"Very clean, and attention to detail. I loved walking into towel animals; it reminded me of the time I was on a cruise ship and immediately cheered me up. Breakfast was great too, and shuttles to Mayo are amazing. Although I didn't use it, knowing it was an option was nice to know."
