A little disappointed when we walked in to our Ocean front room. It overlooked what they called the Taco Hut. We did get a room change but not to a king as there were not any available. First morning we woke up to no power. So took a shower in the dark. Luckily it did come back on a couple of hours later. I will say all the staff were very friendly. Especially Kayla who served us at the pool and Florabella.

The staff at the Omni was wonderful, we celebrated our anniversary with a little get away. We love the beach and the ability to walk our dog. We had an oceanfront premium room and the view was spectacular, the staff made our trip special! Love Jaz and David from the Valet team so welcoming from the first stop out the car, we’ll be back!

Room and property were great! We had a great experience. The only problem we had was the lack of communication in terms of renovations. It was not until after we booked that we received a message that the spa was under renovation. When we arrived, we found that there were quite a few restaurants on property that were being renovated.

We celebrated an anniversary at the Omni Resort and SPA. The property is beautiful. Please note they are doing some renovations, which did not detract from our stay. Client service is excellent from the moment that you arrive. Our room had been renovated and was beautiful. All rooms at the Omni have a direct view of the Atlantic. The pool area is spacious with plenty of lounge chairs available and affords direct access to the beach. Wait staff is readily available to take your drink and snack order while lounging. The landscape at the Omni is mature and beautiful throughout the grounds and around the pool.. It is a perfect choice for a relaxing gettaway and we would highly recommend it.

We absolutely loved our stay this weekend at the Omni. The staff were great and the grounds were outstanding. Our only hitch was our shower was broken. The handle was broken and water would not flow. We did not notice until after 10, and it took several minutes for someone to answer the phone; we had to call from an external cell to reach someone. Still, they sent engineering and had it fixed in about 20 minutes. Some of those things are unavoidable. Regardless, our issue was resolved. We plan on returning!
