We could not have asked for better accommodations in Jacksonville Beach. The workout facilities were very clean and we had they had everything we needed. We watched the sun rise every morning. We will be back for sure.

1. The same pretzel was on the floor rihht outside my room door, on friday, saturday sunday and monday morning. 2 The garbage bins near the elevators were never emptied and always full. 3 Found something on the bed (pic) told house keeping.... sheets were never chgd. 4. Housekeeping wanting to get into the room at 4pm in the afternoon...lol What? Definitely will not be staying again. Jimmy Buffet himself would be dissappointed.

We had a great stay. It was so relaxing and the hotel is very clean. Restaurant on site and plenty in walking distance. Right on the beach which is beautiful.

Room was clean. Pool is tiny and building blocks the sun after 3-4pm. A/C was erratic and sometimes stops cooling. TV signal was gone the second day. We enjoyed the beach, but umbrella and chairs are managed by other company and is $60 per day.

Simply the Best!

This hotel was perfect in every way. Right on the beach, great pool for kids, the Landshark restaurant was delicious and not overly priced, we could walk to anywhere we wanted. We went with a 2.5 year old and a 9 mo old. Breakfast at the Metro half a mile down the road is a must! And of course we walked to Joe’s Crab Shack for some crab legs. I can’t rave enough about the hotel!

This was our first visit to Jacksonville and my family and I stayed a total of 4 nights this week. The location was great. The beach is only a few steps away, the boardwalk is a short walk, and there’s plenty of shops and food options in a close by. There was always free parking spots nearby.The pool was warm and chairs were available most times of day. The front desk staff was also very friendly. The issues were mainly with housekeeping/upkeep. As with most hotels now, if you leave towels hanging they will not be replaced, they must be on the floor to be replaced. However ours were never replaced regardless of where they were. We had to call after the 2nd night of having no new towels and then they were hung on our door in the middle of the night- this is the only time we received them. With this being a beach resort, you tend to shower more frequently to rinse off the sand and need more towels. You also do not get new bedding until night 3, no problem, but again this did not happen. Housekeeping did not come until around 5pm to change our bedding and our son was napping. We asked if they could come back in a bit to change them, but they never returned. The coffee in the room was never replenished. The body wash was empty and never refilled. The in room safe had no batteries, so we could not use it. A lightbulb in a lamp was burnt out. The ice machine on our floor did not work and the bags/cups provided for the ice were never replenished.
