We could not have asked for better accommodations in Jacksonville Beach. The workout facilities were very clean and we had they had everything we needed. We watched the sun rise every morning. We will be back for sure.

Beautiful place

I was very pleased with the early check-in. The staff was also quite helpful in resolving the issues I experienced with my key. The only drawback was that the hot water was not very warm, and there was a $20 charge to have a microwave in the room. I have not encountered a hotel that did not include a microwave before. While there is a restaurant, I have Celiac disease, which means I need to bring my own food. All in all great service, great accommodations and the views are amazing.

No, Air, broken toilet lid & More

Our toilet lid was ripped completely off, our alarm clock didn't work, AC wouldn't cool. A guy come fixed it about 9pm all for it to go out again at 2am in which caused my mom to have to take a breathing treatment bc she got so hot in bed and I was completely wet from sweating. I called front desk and they did move us to another room at 3am.

This place is amazing. It's only been there 4 years, but it looks brand new!! Staff and services, like valet, were nice, very helpful, store is convenient, has a restaurant in the hotel as well. You must stay here if you go to Jacksonville Beach. The inside of the hotel is amazing to look at. It has several different areas with different designs. I give the hotel 5 stars. I will stay there every time I go!!!

I was concerned that the hotel would be noisy and not family based because of the name and because it had 2 bars but the bars were inclusive of the restaurants, like a ruby Tuesday or applebees, so it was really nice. I loved my room and the price was reasonable for a side view of the ocean. The only issue i encountered was the lack of water pressure when taking a shower and there was not a microwave tobheat up leftovers, but i will definitely stay there again. And my 10 year old cousin loved the pool and the gym.

We've stayed at this property multiple times over the past few years. This last stay has noticed the condition of the rooms has declined significantly. Nothing major overall but a handful of little things. Our room was dirty, the sink didn't work properly, no "Do Not Disturb" sign, no liner for the ice bucket, mini fridge was unplugged, etc. Definitely time for a remodel and update.
