"Wow! We were so fortunate to find this place! There were so many features to love about our stay. This condo (section of a larger house) is right across the bridge from the city of St. Augustine. We were close to the city, but not right in the hustle and bustle of the city. We were close to great restaurants, the lighthouse, putt putt, and Anastasia Island’s State Park. I almost hate to tell you about all of the property positives. We want to keep it to ourselves. Just a few-minute drive to several beaches in the area. The property itself serves as an oasis, providing a rooftop deck offering a beautiful view of the bay and a pool shared with guests in the other part of the house (made into two condos). The heated pool was perfect for early spring swims! It was very well-maintained and offered a beautiful view.The condo provides what is needed for cooking on the two-burner gas stove. No oven. But, that’s okay because you will want to try out all of the great restaurants in the area! The bottom level of the condo has a small kitchen, a small living area with a couch and TV, and a queen bed. There is one bathroom downstairs in the condo. There is another bathroom accessible. But, it is a little walk to the pool area. Upstairs, you will find a queen bed. No doors between these areas. So, if you’re looking for privacy between these areas, it will be hard to find. We were very appreciative to have a nice washer and dryer to use. This condo was perfect for a couple! "

"We absolutely loved staying here for our spring break. Cabe is a great host and responds quickly to communication, the house is clean and in a great location. We loved morning coffees watching the sunrise over the river and late night star gazing on the pool overlook deck. Our kids (and we) loved the pool and the house was gorgeous and comfortable for our group of six. Lots of amenities within the home, a well equipped kitchen, and very comfortable beds and furniture. The house was a quick trip to downtown or the beaches. I would highly recommend staying here and hope to stay again another time soon!"
