Couldn't tell if the place was brand new or newly renovated. Either way it was very nicely appointed and the staff were very attentive and courteous.

We are overwhelmed with smiles and the entire staff is joyous. We are a new building since March this year 2019. Thank you for the honor and opportunity you allowed us to serve you.

We chose for location near our daughter's house. This was good. Updated/remodeled hotel. Problem with housekeeping. We told the cleaning crew we were leaving for afternoon so they could clean. Came back 31/2 hours later. They had removed the towels, took the tip money and did nothing else. No new towels, did not replenish shampoo, did not make beds. Disappointed.
