Cute little place

This is a cute motel where you can drive up to your door. The room was very clean and had a fridge and microwave. The bed was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was small but clean with a nice shower. Everything was in good repair except the bathroom towel rack and mirror, which had some rust on them. We were very satisfied with our stay.

Enjoyed our stay at the Cozy Inn, we stayed 3 nights. Good location to walk to the historic downtown district. Property and room was clean and staff friendly. Would recommend this property to anyone staying in the area.

The townhouse was nice size and kitchen nice to have. It may not be the norm but everything was clean except they forgot to clean bathroom after last stay. For future guests consider supplying paper towels and a broom. Other than that good stay. Location good.

The Employees were very sweet but We were disappointed when We walked into the unit #34. It smelled very musty/ moldy. The rugs were a bit sticky feeling and dirty looking (I wouldnt take My flipflops off) and the sitting room ceiling fan was filthy. Everything else was clean looking, there was designated parking and a few good eats around. I do wish We wouldve chosen to stay at a nicer hotel. I feel bad but I would Not recommend The Cozy Inn.

This is easily one of our favorite places to stay during our travels. It truly is cozy, and the inn was so accommodating to my needs when I needed to change my arrival times. Honestly, it's a cozy apt that has a full kitchen, living room, workspace, bathroom, and hot tub. We'll definitely be back!

Southern Charm

We loved our short stay in Saint Augustine, and wish we were able to stay longer. Maybe we’ll visit again! Our visit was made all the better by staying at The Cozy Inn. A wonderful private room with a full kitchen, sitting area and private en suite. The staff was friendly, very accommodating, it was within walking distance of the downtown area, but you did have door-to-door shuttle pick up and delivery with the St. Augustine Trolley Tours. Due to usually needing a kitchen because of food, allergies, this quaint little Inn met our needs perfectly!! We will definitely stay here again if we have opportunity to visit. I would recommend this place to everyone!

Clean but Small

Check in was very easy, even though the office was closed. Don’t let that deter you. The room and bathroom were very clean. The only downside is that it is very small. The name “cozy” is correct! Since it was just my husband and myself it was ok, but be warned, it’s small. The staff was friendly and welcoming. They do need a way to indicate when we don’t need new towels. That was not eco-friendly. Otherwise it was clean and fine for sleeping.
