Room was in need of a handyman big time.. The security chain hung from one precarious screw.. Brown ring around tub and sink. Yellowed dingy tiny microwave.. (Science project) well frozen freezer nasty ice growing. Scuffed up paint around every edge. Ug.

Very dirty inside. Carpet made my feet black. I had to make sure to wear flip flops. Wanted to stay downtown in the city. Should have had family look for hotels for me. I will not be staying here again. My brother in law got the room next to me. His room was cheaper.

Hello. We are disappointed to learn that we did not meet the expectations that you have come to have of us. We therefore apologiez for any inconvenience that may have been casued and we want to inform you that we are currently undergoing renovations and during this period we will be removing all carpets from our rooms and replacing them with wooden flooring. We will also be changing all amenities in the room to install new ones and giving the rooms a brand new different and welcoming look. I hope i can convince you to visit us again some time. There were stains on the blanket that was on the bed, there was tons of dirt and dust behind the night stands, the window ledge in the barhroom was filthy, overall it just didn't seem clean. There were carper remnents in the hallway and buckets with standing water in them. It was kind of off putting.

Hidden fees upon arrival, room was disgusting, took shoes off and within minutes the bottom of our socks were pitch black, phone broken with headset cord dangling, just overall nasty.

Upon check in there is only an authorization of $50.00 as a security deposit in case of damages, smoking or unauthorized pets in the room. The $50.00 is then reversed at check out if there are no incidentals to be charged. Please do not hesitate to contact us if there is any difference in your billing so we could rectify it. Staff didn’t smile, very matter of fact. Room size is generous, nice for a family of 6. A/C controls were not good. One unit would not change the temperature, so I had to unplug it to turn it off. In general, room is on the rough side, but still acceptable.

The location of our hotel was perfect - we were able to take part in the shuttle service which worked great for us - our only complaint was that the rugs in both of our rooms were filthy - our white socks were "black" the breakfast was super - service people were friendly - our beds were comfortable. Maybe shampoo the rugs once in a while?? Other than that, it was very good - cost was good too.
