My recent stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The room, hotel, and surrounding grounds are in clear need of maintenance and do not reflect the images shown on the website, which appear to be outdated. The quality of the food was also below expectations, and I was particularly concerned after observing staff bring out sausage patties in a plastic bin filled with brownish water. This raised serious questions about food handling and overall cleanliness. Given the condition of the property and the dining experience, I do not feel that the nearly $800 I paid for two nights was justified. Unfortunately, I left very dissatisfied and will not be returning to this hotel in the future.

yes it did, the gentleman attending the breakfast lounge very courteous and nice. very efficient and always on top of things, cleaning and making sure everything was available.

Fridge had a weird brown smear in the back of it, room felt damp the entire time, the lights are cool white, not warm white making the room feel very sterile like an office. The room was old but upgraded, just not well. It felt a bit dirty but perhaps that was from the dampness. Front desk guy was pleasant- but a hair off from creepy. Women dont want to follow you to check out a room, especially when her partner is using the restroom. He upgraded our room to a "suite" at no extra charge. At this point hes either super nice or theres a camera hidden in there. Its walkable to downtown but not close. Elderly or families with children may want to stay a bit closer to all the action. The offer a breakfast buffet but we didnt go. We did go to Ayura right across the street and it was delicious. If youre on a budget and are a healthy Florida resident looking for a cheaper stay within walking distance of the historical district, this might be for you. No expectations needed. Adventures may await you.

Parking- great Breakfast- big variety, more than we expected. Great service at the breakfast! Staff friendly But the room- good to stay overnight, curtain has been there for last 20years- dirty and topped with huge layer of dust, night lamps dirty, didn’t even want to touch them.. looked so much better in pictures.

The check in process was quick and easy. We arrived early and we were able to park in their lot and sightsee until the room was ready. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. It is in a great location. It is away from the very busy historic district. My daughter and I love to walk and enjoyed walking to the attractions.If you are not into walking you can catch the hop on hop off tram right there in the parking lot after buying tickets in the office. We appreciated the large selection of channels on the tv. The breakfast was good with many options and although it was busy it was well stocked and clean. We will definitely return on our next visit.
